नैनीताल (संवाददाता)। हाईकोर्ट ने प्रदेश के उद्योगों में केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड के मानकों को पूरा नहीं करने को लेकर दायर याचिका पर मंगलवार को सुनवाई की। सरकार की ओर से बताया कि प्रदेश में मानक पूरा नहीं करने वाले 130 उद्योगों को बंद करने के लिए नोटिस जारी किया है। मामले की अगली सुनवाई 3 अप्रैल को तय है। मुख्य न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति रमेश रंगनाथन और न्यायमूर्ति एनएस धानिक की संयुक्त खंडपीठ ने मंगलवार को मामले की सुनवाई की। बता दें कि इस मामले में अदालत ने पिछले सुनवाई में केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड से प्रदेश की सभी फैक्ट्रियों की जांच कर सूची तलब की थी। बोर्ड से मिली सूची के बाद अदालत ने प्रदेश सरकार को ऐसे उद्योगों के खिलाफ नियमानुसार कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए थे। इसकी जानकारी पेश करने को कहा था।
