देहरादून (संवाददाता)। श्रम, सेवायोजन मंत्री डॉ0 हरक सिंह रावत ने विधानसभा कक्ष में श्रमिक हित के सन्दर्भ में बैठक की। उन्होंने कहा कि हम श्रमिकों के वकील हैं इसलिए श्रमिकों के हितों को संरक्षण दें। इस सन्दर्भ में होटल, स्कूल, हॉस्पिटल में श्रम कानूनों के पालन हेतु समयबद्ध विजिट किया जाए। इसकी निरीक्षण रिपोर्ट मुख्यालय को भेजी जाए तथा इस कार्य में विभाग अपनी उपस्थित दर्ज कराये। उन्होंने कहा कि श्रम कार्ड के पंजीकरण का लक्ष्य 31 मार्च तक दो गुना कर दिया जाए। जिस जनपद में ऑनलाइन सुविधा नहीं है वहॉ ऑफलाइन की भी पंजीकरण में सुविधा दी जाए। ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया को बढ़ावा दिया जाए। श्रमिक पंजीकरण हेतु जनपद मुख्यालय के सामुदायिक सेवा केन्द्र को अधिकृत करने के लिए जिलाधिकारी को पत्र लिखा जाए। उन्होंने कहा श्रमिकों से सम्बन्धित योजनाओं को कार्य कुशलता, गतिशीलता, पारदर्शिता एवं व्यक्तिगत रूचि लेकर लागू किया जाए।
श्रमिक हितों के सम्बन्ध में प्रधानमंत्री श्रम मानधन योजना 15 फरवरी तक लागू करने का निर्देश दिया गया। यह गैर संगठित क्षेत्र के लिए होगा। इसके अन्तर्गत 18 से 40 आयु वर्ग के श्रमिकों को वार्षिक 15000 पेंशन का प्रावधान है। औपचारिकता के अन्तर्गत स्वघोषित आय प्रमाण पत्र देना होगा। एलआईसी पेंशन देने के लिए एवं पंजीकरण करने के लिए अधिकृत होगी। जनपद सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र इसका आवेदन किया जा सकता है। इस अवसर पर सचिव हरवंश सिंह चुघ, अपर सचिव श्रम रमेश रावत, श्रमायुक्त आनन्द श्रीवास्तव, उप श्रमायुक्त अशोक वाजपेयी, सहायक श्रमायुक्त उमेश राय एवं सचिव कर्मकार बोर्ड दमयन्ती रावत भी मौजूद थे।
