देहरादून । प्रदेश के पर्यटन मंत्री सतपाल महाराज अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र के दो दिवसीय भ्रमण पर हैं। भ्रमण के दौरान उन्होंने क्षेत्र में पर्यटन की अपार संभावनाएं बताईं। इस दौरान पर्यटन मंत्री ने 40 शैय्या का पर्यटन आवास गृह और मल्टीपर्पज हॉल का शिलान्यास किया।
पर्यटन मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने कहा कि वे दो दिनों के लिए विधानसभा क्षेत्र के भ्रमण पर हैं। क्षेत्र को पर्यटन से जोड़कर स्थानीय युवाओं को रोजगार दिया जाएगा। रोजगार से जोड़ने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री के गांव खैरासैंड़ में जल्द झील बनाई जाएगी। इससे पर्यटक पौड़ी की तरफ आकर्षित हो सकें। इस दौरान पर्यटन मंत्री ने चार करोड़ की लागत से 40 शैय्या का पर्यटन आवास गृह और मल्टीपर्पज हॉल का शिलान्यास किया। उन्होंने कहा कि हॉल का निर्माण पहाड़ी शैली से किया जा रहा है। इसको बनाने का काम भी क्षेत्रीय लोग करेंगे। इस हॉल के बनने के बाद निश्चित ही पर्यटन को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। पर्यटन से स्थानीय लोगों को रोजगार भी मिलेगा। कैबिनेट मंत्री ने आगे कहा कि क्षेत्र में एयर स्पोर्ट्स के साथ वाटर स्पोर्ट्स की भी शुरुआत की जाएगी। इससे पर्यटन की गतिविधियां बढ़ेंगी और लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा।
