देहरादून (सू0 वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी मंगलवार को भल्ला इण्टर कॉलेज मैदान में आयोजित जिला पंचायत हरिद्वार के नवनिर्वाचित अध्यक्ष राजेन्द्र सिंह एवं उपाध्यक्ष अमित कुमार के शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में शामिल हुए। मुख्यमंत्री की उपस्थिति में जिलाधिकारी विनय शंकर पाण्डेय ने जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष एवं उपाध्यक्ष को पद एवं गोपनीयता की शपथ दिलाई जबकि अन्य पंचायत सदस्यगणों को जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष राजेन्द्र सिंह ने पद एवं गोपनीयता की शपथ दिलायी। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने छह करोड़ की लागत से मुजाहिदपुर सतीवाला, भगवानपुर हरिद्वार के प्लास्टिक वेस्ट रिसाइकिलिंग प्लाण्ट का लोकार्पण भी किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सभी नवनिर्वाचित पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों को बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं दी। उन्होंने हरिद्वार की जनता का आभार व्यक्त करते हुये कहा कि पंचायत जनप्रतिनिधियों की यह जीत हरिद्वार जिले में विकास के नए अध्याय की शुरुआत है। मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी निर्वाचित जिला पंचायत सदस्यों, क्षेत्र पंचायत सदस्यो एवं अन्य प्रतिनिधियों से जनता की आकांक्षाओं के अनुरूप विकास कार्य को आगे बढ़ाने का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि पंचायत प्रतिनिधि सीधे तौर पर सरकार एवं जनता के बीच में सेतु रुप में कार्य करते हैं तथा विकास में उनकी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार हरिद्वार की आदर्श जनपद के रूप में पहचान बनाएगी इसके लिए हरिद्वार में, पर्यटन सुविधाओं के विकास तथा बुनियादी ढांचे एवं रोजगारपरक योजनाओं को संचालित करने पर ध्यान दिया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि हरिद्वार संपूर्ण देश व विश्व का आध्यात्मिक केंद्र होने के साथ ही यहां के उद्योगों के माध्यम से लाखों लोगों को रोजगार भी मिल रहा है तथा सरकार की यह विकास यात्रा सभी की सामूहिक यात्रा है। उन्होंने कहा सभी पंचायत प्रतिनिधि अपने क्षेत्र के विकास लिये मंथन करेंगे ताकि हरिद्वार एक आदर्श एवं सर्वश्रेष्ठ जनपद बन सके। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में उत्तराखंड लगातार आगे बढ़़ रहा है। पूरे देश में ट्रांसफार्म, रिफॉर्म एवं परफॉर्म की कार्य संस्कृति देखने को मिल रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि केन्द्र व राज्य सरकार की योजनाएं समाज के अंतिम छोर पर खड़े व्यक्ति को मुख्यधारा से जोड़ने पर केंद्रित रहती हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड काल में दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा वैक्सीनेशन अभियान भारत में चलाया गया। भारत ने इस दौरान पड़ोसी देशों को भी वैक्सीन देने का काम किया तथा २० करोड़ वैक्सीन विभिन्न देशों को उपलब्ध कराई। मुख्यमंत्री ने गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना का उल्लेख करते हुये कहा कि करोड़ों परिवारों को इस योजना के तहत मुफ़्त में राशन वितरित किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में हम उत्तराखंड को देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाने की ओर अग्रसर हैं। हरिद्वार सांसद डॉ. रमेश पोखरियाल ज्निशंकज् ने सभी प्रतिनिधियों के निर्विरोध चुने जाने पर इसे हरिद्वार जिले हेतु ऐतिहासिक बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि हरिद्वार जिले की यह ऐतिहासिक जीत प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन एवं मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में हो रहे विकास कार्यों पर जनता द्वारा लगाई गई मोहर है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री धामी संपूर्ण राज्य में विकास की गंगा बहा रहे हैं।कैबिनेट मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने नवनिर्वाचित प्रतिनिधियों को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहां कि विकास की यात्रा को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए वे कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर सभी के साथ हमेशा खड़े रहेंगे। इस अवसर पर हरिद्वार विधायक मदन कौशिक, रानीपुर विधायक आदेश चैहान, रूड़की विधायक प्रदीप बत्रा, पूर्व कैबिनेट मंत्री स्वामी यतीश्वरानन्द, भाजपा जिला अध्यक्ष डॉ० जयपाल सिंह चैहान, जिला महामंत्री विकास तिवारी, पूर्व विधायक कुंवर प्रणव सिंह चैम्पियन, संजय गुप्ता, सुरेश राठौर, वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ० योगेन्द्र सिंह रावत, अपर जिलाधिकारी(वित्त एवं राजस्व) बीर सिंह बुदियाल, एसडीएम पूरण सिंह राणा, जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी अतुल प्रताप सिंह सहित बड़ी संख्या में आमजन, जनप्रतिनिधि तथा सम्बन्धित अधिकारीगण उपस्थित थे।
