देहरादून (संवाददाता)। पुलिस लूट मामले में आखिर किस सफेद पोश की सह मिली हुयी है। यह शहर में चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है। कहा जा रहा है कि पुलिस पर इस मामले को रफा दफा करने का पूरा दबाब बना हुआ है। कहा तो यहां तक जा रहा है कि इस मामले में रकम लूटी ही नहीं गयी है बल्कि कुल रकम को हड़पने के लिए और जमीन को मुफ्त में पाने के लिए यह खेल रचा गया। पुलिस लूटकांड प्रकरण में एसटीएफ की जांच में नए तथ्य सामने आए हैं। सूत्रों का कहना है कि एक जमीन के सौदे की रकम देने के लिए अनुरोध पंवार को डब्लूआईसी क्लब बुलाया गया था। यही रकम आईजी की सरकारी गाड़ी में सवार पुलिसकर्मियों ने उनसे लूट ली थी। जमीन के सौदे में पंवार को बतौर पेशगी भी मोटी रकम मिली थी। यह भी पता चला है कि जमीन को लेकर अभी तक किसी तरह की लिखापढ़ी नहीं हो पाई है। इस मामले में अब तक शिकायतकर्ता अनुरोध पंवार, आरोपी कांग्रेस नेता अनुपम शर्मा और तीनों पुलिसकर्मियों ने अपने हिसाब से तथ्य एसटीएफ को बताए हैं। लेकिन, जैसे-जैसे जांच आगे बढ़ रही है, नए तथ्य सामने आ रहे हैं। एसटीएफ सूत्रों के मुताबिक कैंट कोतवाली क्षेत्र के राजेंद्र नगर स्थित एक जमीन को लेकर सौदा तय हुआ था। इस सौदे में अनुरोध पंवार और कांग्रेस नेता अनुपम शर्मा भी शामिल थे। पंवार को पेशगी के रूप में मोटी रकम दी गई थी। बाकी रकम का आधा हिस्सा बैनामे से पहले दिया जाना था। यह पहले से तय था कि कितनी रकम का भुगतान और होना है। घटनावाली रात अनुरोध पंवार को कांग्रेस नेता ने डब्लूआईसी क्लब में भुगतान देने के लिए ही बुलाया था। पंवार को आगे इस जमीन के लिए किसी और को भुगतान करना था। सूत्रों के मुताबिक पंवार ने डब्लूआईसी क्लब में रकम देखने की कोशिश की थी, लेकिन कैमरे होने का तर्क देकर उन्हें बैग नहीं खोलने दिया गया। मैनेजर ने बैग पार्किंग में खड़ी पंवार की गाड़ी तक पहुंचाया। क्लब से निकलते ही राजपुर रोड पर पहले से तैयार खड़े पुलिसकर्मियों ने आचार संहिता की आड़ में उनसे बैग छीन लिया था। अधिकारिक तौर पर यह स्पष्ट नहीं हो पाया है कि पेशगी में कितनी रकम दी गई थी। चर्चा है कि जमीन का सौदा दो करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का था। हालांकि, कांग्रेस नेता अनुपम शर्मा पहले ही जमीन की सौदेबाजी से इंकार कर चुके हैं। एसटीएफ सूत्रों का कहना है कि आने वाले दिनों में पूरे प्रकरण से पर्दा उठने की उम्मीद है।
