देहरादून (संवाददाता)। गुरुवार की सुबह से ही राजधानी देहरादून में बारिश का दौर जारी रहा। बीते रोज दोपहर से रुक-रुक कर हो रही बारिश से यहां रिस्पना और बिंदाल नदी का जलस्तर बढ़ा हुआ है। मौसम का मिजाज देखते हुए पुलिस और प्रशासन अलर्ट पर है। दून में हुई मूसलाधार बारिश से भारी बारिश से हुई बारिश से बिंदाल नदी का जलस्तर अचानक बढ़ गया। जिससे पुश्ता ढहने से चार दुकानें क्षतिग्रस्त हो गईं और आधा दर्जन दुकानों में दरार आ गई। आसपास के कई घरों में भी पानी भर गया। वहीं पानी बढऩे से नदी में एक विद्युत पोल गिर गया, जिसकी वजह से करीब आधा घंटे तक पूरे क्षेत्र में विद्युत आपूर्ति नहीं हो पाई। बाद में वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था की गई। सुबह में हुई तेज बारिश के बाद गोविंदगढ़ क्षेत्र में पुश्ता ढह गया। पुश्ता ढहने से दस दुकानों को नुकसान पहुंचा। हालांकि समय रहते लोगों के निकल जाने से जनहानि नहीं हुई। वहीं नदी किनारे के कई इलाकों में पानी भर गया। मलिन बस्तियों में कई घर जलमग्न हो गए। बारिश के कारण हरिद्वार हाईवे पर कारगी चैक के पास पुल का पुश्ता ढहने से करीब तीन घंटे यातायात बाधित रहा। इसके अलावा रेंजर्स कॉलेज परिसर के एक पेड़ के गिरने से बाइकसवार युवक घायल हो गया। वहीं बिंदाल और रिस्पना नदियां के उफान पर होने कारण किनारे बसे मकानों और दुकानदारों को खासा नुकसान पहुंचा है। तेज बारिश के दौरान आईटी पार्क के पास बने रपटे में अचानक पानी का बहाव तेज हो गया। इसी दौरान सहस्रधारा की तरफ से आ रही एक कार फंस गई। कार में सवार दंपति ने पुलिस को फोन किया गया तो कुछ देर बाद वहां आईटी पार्क चैकी से पुलिसकर्मी पहुंच गए। उन्होंने दंपति को कार से सकुशल बाहर निकाला और दूसरे वाहन से घर पहुंचवाया। इसके बाद मौके पर पहुंची एसडीआरएफ की टीम ने कार पानी के बहाव से बाहर निकाली।
