देहरादून। नन्द लाल शर्मा, अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक, एसजेवीएन ने आज हिमाचल प्रदेश के जिला हमीरपुर में 66 मेगावाट की धौलासिद्ध जलविद्युत परियोजना की नदी डायवर्जन अरेंजमेंट का उद्घाटन किया।
नन्द लाल शर्मा ने बताया कि दिनांक 27 दिसंबर, 2021 को एक ऐतिहासिक आयोजन में माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा परियोजना की आधारशिला रखी गई थी। अब नदी के डायवर्जन से कॉफर डैम का निर्माण तथा डैम फाउंडेशन की खुदाई के कार्य आरंभ हो गए हैं। 253 मीटर लंबी डायवर्जन टनल को साढ़े सात महीने की अवधि में पूर्ण किया गया है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि इलेक्ट्रो- मैकेनिकल वर्क्स के लिए 136.64 करोड़ रुपए तथा सिविल एवं हाइड्रो-मैकेनिकल वर्क्स के लिए 526.92 करोड़ रुपए की राशि के संकार्यों को अवार्ड किया जा चुका है।
इस अवसर पर श्रीमती गीता कपूर, निदेशक (कार्मिक), श्री. एस.पी. बंसल, निदेशक (सिविल), परियोजना प्रमुख, श्री परमिंदर अवस्थी सहित परियोजना अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
परियोजना के आधिकारिक दौरे के दौरान, नन्द लाल शर्मा ने परियोजना स्थलों का निरीक्षण किया तथा कार्य की प्रगति की विस्तृत समीक्षा की। विभिन्न घटकों पर निर्माण गतिविधियों की उन्होंने सराहना की, पावर हाउस की खुदाई, नदी के दाएं और बाएं किनारे पर स्ट्रिपिंग, कार्यालय भवन तथा बैचलर आवास का निर्माण तीव्र गति से जारी है।
नन्द लाल शर्मा ने कर्मचारियों को प्रेरित किया तथा सभी घटकों की निर्माण गतिविधियों को समय से पूर्व करने के लिए एकजुटता से प्रयास करने तथा समन्वय के साथ कार्य करने का आह्वान किया।
शर्मा ने कहा कि “हम वर्ष 2025 में परियोजना की कमीशनिंग के लक्ष्य को निर्धारित कर रहे हैं। इससे एसजेवीएन को वर्ष 2023 तक 5000 मेगावाट, 2030 तक 25000 मेगावाट तथा वर्ष 2040 तक 50000 मेगावाट की स्थापित क्षमता के विजन को प्राप्त करने में सहायता मिलेगी।”
66 मेगावाट की धौलासिद्ध जल विद्युत परियोजना हिमाचल प्रदेश के हमीरपुर जिले के धौलासिद्ध में ब्यास नदी पर एक रन ऑफ रिवर योजना है। इसे बिल्ड-ओन-ऑपरेट-मेंटेन के आधार पर लागू किया जा रहा है। परियोजना की अनुमानित लागत 687 करोड़ रुपए है। परियोजना के पूरा होने पर यह परियोजना 90 प्रतिशत विश्वसनीय वर्ष में 304 मिलियन यूनिट विद्युत उत्पादित करेगी।
शर्मा ने कहा कि यह परियोजना बुनियादी आधारभूत संरचनाओं के विकास तथा प्रत्यक्ष एवं अप्रत्यक्ष रोजगार के सृजन के साथ-साथ क्षेत्र के समग्र विकास को बढ़ावा देगी। एसजेवीएन द्वारा परियोजना के आसपास कारपोरेट सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व के अंतर्गत किए जा रहे विभिन्न विकास कार्यों से क्षेत्र एवं राज्य को बड़े पैमाने पर लाभ हो रहा है।
वर्तमान में, एसजेवीएन के पास 16400 मेगावाट से अधिक का पोर्टफोलियो है और यह भारत, नेपाल तथा भूटान में हाइड्रो, थर्मल एवं सोलर में कई परियोजनाओं को निष्पादित कर रहा है। कंपनी ने पावर ट्रांसमिशन एवं पावर ट्रेडिंग में भी विविधीकरण किया है।
