देहरादून। राज्य में डेंगू की रोकथाम के लिए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी और मुख्य सचिव डॉ एसएस संधु के निर्देश पर सचिव, स्वास्थ्य डॉ आर राजेश कुमार द्वारा आज सचिवालय में जनपद देहरादून, हरिद्वार, पौडी, नैनीताल जनपदों के जिलाधिकारियों के साथ वीडियो कान्फ्रेसिंग के माध्यम से समीक्षा बैठक की गई। सचिव स्वास्थ्य डॉ आर राजेश कुमार द्वारा जनपद नैनीताल, हरिद्वार, पौडी के जिलाधिकारियों से यह अपेक्षा की गई है कि जनपद देहरादून द्वारा डेंगू रोकथाम हेतु जो माइक्रोप्लान बनाया गया है उसी तरह से बाकी जनपद भी अपने स्तर पर माइक्रोप्लान तैयार कर डेंगू रोकथाम हेतु महाअभियान चलाए एवं सभी विभागों को साथ लेकर चलें। जनपद हरिद्वार हेतु शहरी क्षेत्र के साथ-साथ ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में आशाओं के साथ पंचायती राज विभाग, शिक्षा विभाग के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर व्यापक जागरूकता का कार्यक्रम चलाया जाए और सचिव स्वास्थ्य द्वारा यह भी अपेक्षा की गई कि प्रत्येक घरों, मोहल्लों में, बच्चों के पार्को व खेलकूद के मैदानों, व्यवसायिक इकाईयों में, सरकारी व अर्द्धसरकारी कार्यालयों में टीम गठित कर डेंगु के लार्वा को नष्ट किया जाए। डेंगु के व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार हेतु स्थानीय नुक्कड नाटक, सांस्कृतिक दलों के माध्यमों से डेंगु सम्बंधित जानकारी आमजन तक पहुचाई जाए। स्वास्थ्य सचिव द्वारा बताया गया कि विभिन्न जनपदों में झोला छाप डॉक्टरों द्वारा गलत तरीके से लोगों का इलाज किया जा रहा है जिसकी कई तरह की शिकायतें प्राप्त हो रही हैं। अतः प्रत्येक जनपद यह सुनिश्चित करें कि आमजन के स्वाथ्स्य के साथ किसी भी प्रकार का खिलवाड नहीं किया जा सकता। सभी जनपद यह सुनिश्चित करें कि ऐसे मामलों में नियमानुसार तत्काल कार्यवाही करना सुनिश्ति करे। डेंगू रोगियों का उपचार कर रहे झोलाछाप डॉक्टरों पर अंकुश लगाया जाए। लोगों में गंभीर लक्षण होने पर सीधे रजिस्टर्ड मान्यता प्राप्त चिकित्सा संस्थान में ही इलाज कराए जाने हेतु प्रोत्साहित किया जाए। वीडियों कॉन्फ्रेसिंग में जिलाधिकारी नैनीताल वंदना, मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ भागीरथी जोशी, जनपद हरिद्वार से जिलाधिकारी धीरज गर्बरियाल, नगर आयुक्त दयानंद सरस्वती, जनपद पौडी से जिलाधिकारी मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी, डॉ० प्रवीण कुमार, जनपद देहरादून से मुख्य नगर आयुक्त देहरादून मनोज गोयल, ए.डी.एम देहरादून राकेश शरद शर्मा जुडे तथा समीक्षा बैठक में महानिदेषक स्वास्थ्य डॉ० विनीता शाह, निदेशक चिकित्सा शिक्षा, डॉ आशुतोश सयाना, निदेशक राज्य रक्त संचरण परिशद, डॉ. अजय नागरकर, संयुक्त आयुक्त डॉ० आर० के० सिंह, कार्यक्रम अधिकारी एन०एच०एम डॉ पंकज सिह आदि उपस्थित थे।
