हरिद्वार (सू0वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को आस्था पथ, हरिद्वार में ब्रह्मलीन वीतराग सन्त शिरोमणि स्वामी वामदेव जी महाराज की प्रतिमा का अनावरण किया तथा सन्तों का अशीर्वाद लिया। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर घोषणा की कि आस्था पथ स्थित यह वाटिका सन्त शिरोमणि स्वामी वामदेव के नाम से जानी जायेगी तथा इस वाटिका की देखरेख का कार्य हरिद्वार-रूड़की विकास प्राधिकरण करेगा। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि ब्रह्मलीन बीतराग सन्त शिरोमणि स्वामी वामदेव जी महाराज राम मन्दिर आन्दोलन के स्तम्भ सन्त थे। वे विलक्षण प्रतिभा के धनी थे। उन्होंने गोरक्षा तथा राम मन्दिर के लिये अपना पूरा जीवन समर्पित कर दिया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हम उत्तराखण्ड को आध्यात्मिक राजधानी बनाने के साथ ही आर्थिक रूप से भी सशक्त व मजबूत राज्य बनाना चाहते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड-19 की वजह से कांवड़ यात्रा हमें प्रतीकात्मक करनी पड़ी, जिसमें सभी का सहयोग प्राप्त हुआ। उन्होंने कहा कि आगामी दिसम्बर माह तक पूरे प्रदेश में सम्पूर्ण वैक्सीनेशन किया जायेगा। बागेश्वर तथा रूद्रप्रयाग जनपद में शत-प्रतिशत वैक्सीनेशन हो गया है तथा कुछ जनपदों में 95 प्रतिशत तक वैक्सीनेशन हो गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमें केन्द्र से पर्याप्त वैक्सीन प्राप्त हो रही है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि जो भी घोषणाएं की जा रही हैं, वे सभी पूर्ण की जायेंगी। वित्त विभाग से परामर्श के बाद ही घोषणा की जा रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जिस कार्य का भी हम शिलान्यास करेंगे, उसका लोकार्पण भी करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि अगले 10 सालों में उत्तराखण्ड को अनेक क्षे़त्रों में अग्रणी राज्य बनाया जायेगा।स्वामी अनन्त गिरि महाराज ने कहा कि स्वामी वामदेव जी ने हमेशा सनातनी परम्पराओं का पालन किया। महानिर्वाणी अखाड़ा के सचिव महन्त रविन्द्रपुरी ने कहा कि सभी के अथक प्रयासों से आज मां गंगा के तट पर स्वामी वामदेव की प्रतिमा का अनावरण हुआ, जिसके लिये सभी बधाई के पात्र हैं। इस अवसर पर जगत्गुरू शंकराचार्य, महामण्डलेश्वर हरिचेतनानन्द, स्वामी वासुदेवानन्द महाराज, श्री राजेन्द्र देवाचार्य, विश्व हिन्दू परिषद के संरक्षक दिनेश चन्द्र , डॉ. सच्चिदानन्द साक्षी ,महन्त ज्ञानदेव जी महाराज निर्मल अखाड़ा, महन्त अविचलदास जी महाराज, स्वामी राजेन्द्र देवाचार्य , महामण्डलेश्वर अनन्तदेव गिरिजी महाराज, स्वामी देवानन्द सरस्वती महाराज, आचार्य धर्मदेव , स्वामी ललितानन्द , स्वामी जितेन्द्रानन्द, नितिन गौतम, पूर्व मेयर मनोज गर्ग, जिलाधिकारी विनय शंकर पाण्डेय, वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ. योगेन्द्र सिंह रावत, अपर जिलाधिकारी प्यारेलाल शाह, एचआरडीए सचिव उत्तम सिंह चौहान, एसडीएम पूरण सिंह राणा, सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट अवधेश कुमार सिंह सहित पदाधिकारीगण तथा साधु-सन्त उपस्थित थे।
