देहरादून । (सू0 वि0) मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत की अध्यक्षता में सचिवालय में वन अधिकार अधिनियम 2006 के क्रियान्वयन की समीक्षा की गई। मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र ने कहा कि प्रदेश में वन निवासी अनुसूचित जनजाति और अन्य परम्परागत वन निवासी पीढ़ियों से इन वनों में निवास कर रहें हैं। उनके अधिकारों को मान्यता दिये जाने के लिये अधिनियम की व्यवस्थाओं के तहत लाभार्थियों की सुविधाओं का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाय। लोगों की कठिनाईयां कम हो इस दिशा में भी तत्परता से कार्य किया जाय। उन्होंने इस सम्बन्ध में केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी निर्देशों का भी संज्ञान लेने को कहा।मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि प्रदेश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में अवस्थापना सुविधाओं के विकास व सामुदायिक सेवा से सम्बन्धित योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन में तेजी लाने के लिये वन, राजस्व, न्याय, समाज कल्याण, जिलाधिकारी ऊधम सिंह नगर की एक समिति गठित की जाय। समिति में विधायक केदार सिंह के साथ ही वन अधिकार के जानकार लोगों को भी इसमें सम्मिलित किया जाय। उन्होंने कहा कि यह समिति इस सम्बन्ध में समय समय पर भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी निर्देशों, अधिनियम की व्यवस्थाओं का विस्तृत अध्ययन कर विभिन्न स्तरों पर आ रही समस्याओं का निराकरण कर अपनी रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करेगी तथा समस्याओं का समाधान भी करेगी। उन्होंने समय-समय पर जिलाधिकारियों के साथ वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु अपर मुख्य सचिव वन एवं पर्यावरण तथा प्रमुख वन संरक्षक को निर्देश दिये। बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री ने वन अधिकार अधिनियम के प्राविधानों के क्रियान्वयन के लिए ग्राम स्तर, उपखण्ड स्तर, जिला स्तर पर जिलास्तरीय समिति तथा राज्य स्तर पर गठित निगरानी समिति की बैठकें भी समय-समय पर आयोजित किये जाने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामस्तर से राज्य स्तर तक गठित चार समितियों की नियमित बैठक होने से समस्याओं के समाधान में मदद मिलेगी।
