देहरादून (सू0वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शुक्रवार को हरिद्वार में भारत माता मन्दिर रोड स्थित तुलसी मानस मन्दिर में लघु उद्योग भारती द्वारा आयोजित उत्तराखण्ड उद्यमी व श्रमिक सम्मान समारोह में प्रतिभाग किया। कार्यक्रम का शुभारम्भ दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर किया गया। उन्होंने इस अवसर पर उद्यमियों व श्रमिकों को प्रतीक चिन्ह तथा प्रमाण पत्र भेंटकर सम्मानित किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने समारोह को मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में सम्बोधित करते हुये कहा कि सूक्ष्म व लघु उद्यमियों का देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को आगे बढ़ाने में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान है। उन्होंने कहा कि लघु उद्योग भारती संगठन सूक्ष्म व लघु उद्योगों की पैरवी करने में हमेशा आगे रहता है। उन्होंने कहा कि बड़े उद्योगों के साथ ही सूक्ष्म व लघु उद्योगों की समस्याओं के निदान के लिये हम हमेशा तत्पर रहते हैं तथा हमने विगत अक्टूबर में उद्योगों के साथ संवाद कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया था, जिसमें 100 से भी अधिक उद्योगों से जुड़ी विभिन्न समस्यायें प्रकाश में आयी थीं, उनमें से 90 प्रतिशत का हमने समाधान निकाल लिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार विकल्प रहित संकल्प के तहत सरलीकरण, समाधान, निस्तारीकरण तथा सन्तुष्टि के मूल मंत्र के तहत कार्य कर रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार ऊधम सिंह नगर, हरिद्वार आदि सिडकुलों के विस्तार करने की दिशा में कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि जो उद्योग उत्तराखण्ड में चल रहे हैं, उनके उद्योग यहां अच्छी तरह चलें, वही हमारे ब्राण्ड एंबेसडर बन जायेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड में उद्योगों के लिये काफी अच्छा वातावरण बन रहा है तथा अब उत्तराखण्ड देवभूमि के साथसाथ उद्योगों की भूमि भी बन रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि यहां उद्योगों के लिये हर तरह से काफी अच्छा वातावरण है। सड़कों का जिक्र करते हुये मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस क्षेत्र में काफी अच्छा काम हो रहा है तथा आने वाले समय में देहरादून से दिल्ली की दूरी मात्र दो घण्टे में तय हो जायेगी। इसके अतिरिक्त रेल, हवाई कनेक्टिविटी आदि हर क्षेत्र में तेजी से विकास हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमने जो भी संकल्प लिये हैं, उनको पूरा करने के लिये तेजी से कार्य हो रहा है। समान नागरिक संहिता का उल्लेख करते हुये उन्होंने कहा कि इसके लिये सभी से सुझाव मांगे गये हैं, जैसे ही इसका ड्राफ्ट तैयार हो जाता है, इसे उत्तराखण्ड में लागू किया जायेगा तथा इस दिशा में तेजी से कार्य हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्ष 2025 तक हम उत्तराखण्ड को हिन्दुस्तान का नं01 राज्य बनायेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर जूना अखाड़ा के महामण्डलेश्वर तथा तुलसी मानस मन्दिर के प्रमुख श्री अर्जुन पुरी जी महाराज से भी शिष्टाचार भेंट की। कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित करते हुये मुख्य वक्ता डॉ0 कृष्ण गोपाल ने कहा कि लघु उद्योग भारती संगठन की भारत के 500 जिलों में 700 से अधिक इकाईयां हैं। आज यह संगठन काफी बड़ा संगठन बन गया है। उन्होंने भारत वर्ष के इतिहास का उल्लेख करते हुये कहा कि पूर्व में भारत के हर गांव में उद्योग थे तथा पूरे देशभर में लघु उद्योग फैले हुये थे तथा हम विदेशों को स्टील का निर्यात करते थे। हमारी अर्थव्यवस्था विश्व में सबसे आगे थी। आज पुनः हम धीरेधीरे शिखर की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं। लघु उद्योग भारती के अध्यक्ष बलदेव भाई प्रजापति ने समारोह को सम्बोधित करते हुये कहा कि पूर्व में भारत के हर घर में उद्योग होने की वजह से ही इसको सोने की चिड़िया कहा जाता था। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था की रीढ़ सूक्ष्म व लघु उद्योग हैं। इस अवसर पर लघु उद्योग भारती के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष कैलाश मैलाना, विजय सिंह तोमर, रोहित भाटिया, राजीव गोयल, मनोज पुण्डीर, सचिव औद्योगिक विकास डॉ0 पंकज कुमार पाण्डेय, जिलाधिकारी विनय शंकर पाण्डेय, वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ0 योगेन्द्र सिंह रावत, अपर जिलाधिकारी(वित्त एवं राजस्व) बीर सिंह बुदियाल, अपर जिलाधिकारी(प्रशासन) पी0एल0 शाह, सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट अवधेश कुमार सिंह, एसडीएम पूरन सिंह राणा, एसपी सिटी स्वतंत्र कुमार सिंह, सहित सम्बन्धित पदाधिकारी एवं अधिकारीगण मौजूद थे।
