देहरादून (सू0 ब्यूरो) । मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने भर्ती प्रक्रियाओं को निर्धारित टाईम टेबल में सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना के लिए जरूरी प्रोटोकोल का पालन करते हुए भर्ती परीक्षाओं का आयोजन समयबद्धता से किया जाए। इसमें किसी भी स्तर पर शिथिलता न की जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने सचिवालय के वीर चंद्र सिंह गढ़वाली सभागार में भर्ती प्रक्रियाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए कहा कि विभागों से चयन आयोगों को अध्याचन भेजने में विलम्ब न हो, इसके लिए एकऑनलाइन व्यवस्था बनाई जाए।
समान प्रकृति के पदों की एक ही परीक्षा हो
मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिए कि एक जैसी प्रकृति के पदों के लिए एक ही परीक्षा आयोजित की जाए। इससे परीक्षार्थियों के समय व धन की बचत होगी और भर्तियों में भी अनावश्यक विलम्ब नहीं होगा। राज्य लोक सेवा आयेाग जब एक बार डीपीसी की तिथि निर्धारित कर देता है तो यह संबंधित अधिकारियों की अनुपलब्धता के कारण स्थगित नहीं होनी चाहिए।
अध्याचन पर चयन आयोग की आपत्तियों का जवाब अधिकतम तीन दिन में
चयन आयेाग द्वारा की जाने वाली पृच्छाओं व आपत्तियों पर जवाब अधिकतम तीन दिनों में चला जाना चाहिए। कार्मिक विभाग प्रत्येक माह विभागों की भर्ती प्रक्रियाओं की समीक्षा करे और विभागों व चयन आयेागों में समन्वय स्थापित करे।
लक्ष्य निर्धारित कर हो काम
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कोरोना के कारण भर्ती प्रक्रियाओं में विलम्ब हुआ है। इसकी भरपाई अगले 6 माह में किस प्रकार की जा सकती है, इसकी कार्ययोजना बना ली जाए। टार्गेटेड तरीके से काम करते हुए चयन आयेागों के साथ ही शासन स्तर पर भी इसे सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता पर लिया जाए।

उत्तराखण्ड राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग के अध्यक्ष मेजर जनरल (से.नि.) श्री आनंद सिंह रावत ने बताया कि वर्ष 2017 से वर्तमान तक राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग से 3047 पदों पर चयन किया गया। जबकि 1145 पदों पर चयन प्रक्रिया गतिमान है जो कि इस वित्तीय वर्ष में पूर्ण कर ली जाएगी। आयोग ने इस वर्ष विभिन्न पदों के लिए टाईम टैबल बना लिया है। इसके अनुसार चयन सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है। वर्ष 2017 से वर्तमान तक डीपीसी द्वारा कुल 2647 पदों पर चयन किया गया है जबकि 219 पदों पर डीपीसी की प्रक्रिया गतिमान है।

उत्तराखण्ड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयेाग के अध्यक्ष श्री एस.राजू ने बताया कि अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग द्वारा वर्ष 2017 से 2020 तक कुल 6 हजार पदों पर चयन पूर्ण किया गया। जबकि 2014 से 2017 तक 801 पदों पर चयन किया गया था। वर्तमान में 9 परीक्षाएं कोविड-19 के संक्रमण के कारण लंबित हैं। इनमें से 7 परीक्षाएं अक्टूबर से दिसम्बर तक आयोजित किया जाना प्रस्तावित है। चयन वर्ष 2019-20 व 2020-21 में लगभग 7200 पदों पर अधियाचन प्राप्त हुए हैं इनमें से लगभग 2500 पदों पर विज्ञापन प्रकाशित किया जा चुका है जबकि 4 हजार पदों पर विज्ञापन की कार्यवाही प्रगति पर है।
उत्तराखण्ड चिकित्सा सेवा चयन बोर्ड द्वारा 2017 से वर्तमान तक 1282 पदों पर चयन, 1351 पर प्रक्रिया गतिमान
उत्तराखण्ड चिकित्सा सेवा चयन बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष डा.डीएस रावत ने बताया कि 2017 से अभी तक कुल 1282 का चयन किया गया। बोर्ड को वर्तमान में प्रोफेसर, एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर, असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर, चिकित्साधिकारी, एक्स-रे टेक्नीशियन, ईसीजी टेक्नीशियन, रेडियोग्राफिक्स, राजकीय मेडिकल कालेजों में विभिन्न तकनीशियन के पदों सहित कुल 1351 पदों के अधियाचन प्राप्त हैं। इन पर चयन प्रकियाएं निश्चित टाईमफे्रम में पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।
