रांची (नेशनल वार्ता ब्यूरो)। ई-गवर्नेंस सेवाओं के इंटीग्रेशन को लेकर भारत सरकार द्वारा हाल हीं में लांच नेशनल अर्बन डिजिटल मिशन को झारखंड में भी जल्द लागू किया जाएगा। इसको लेकर नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ अर्बन अफेयर्स की चार सदस्यीय टीम ने शुक्रवार को रांची स्थित राज्य सचिवालय में नगर विकास एवं आवास विभाग के सचिव विनय कुमार चौबे से मुलाकात की। इस नई योजना पर बातचीत की तथा पूरी योजना को प्रेजेंटेशन के जरिए दिखाया गया। सचिव विनय कुमार चौबे ने इसे एक अच्छी पहल बताते हुए कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने पहले से ही डाटाबेस इंटीग्रेशन की दिशा में काफी प्रयास किए हैं। हम नागरिकों को बुनियादी सुविधा समय पर मुहैया कराने के लिए कृतसंकल्पित हैं। इसलिए राज्य में अधिकांश नगरीय सेवाएं ऑनलाइन दी जा रही हैं। डेटा सेंटर से इसकी मॉनिटरिंग भी की जा रही है। उन्होंनें कहा कि टैक्स कलेक्शन, साफ-सफाई, ट्रेड लाइसेंस और नक्शा स्वीकृति समेत कई सेवाएं हमारे सभी निकायों में ऑनलाइन है। उन्होंने टीम को सुझाव दिया कि नेशनल अर्बन डिजिटल मिशन के डायसबोर्ड में सॉलिड वैस्ट मैनेजमेंट की ट्रैकिंग की भी व्यवस्था हो। इस सुझाव को केंद्रीय टीम नें अपने सिस्टम में जोड़नें का आश्वासन दिया। नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ अर्बन अफेयर्स के निदेशक हितेश वैद्य ने कहा कि ई-गवर्नेंस के क्षेत्र में झारखंड के सभी नगर निकायों नें बेहतर कार्य किए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि देश के 4400 से भी ज्यादा नगर निकायों में नगरीय सुविधाओं की तकनीकी आधारित डिलिवरी, नागरिक सुविधाओं में और भी पारदर्शिता, जिम्मेवारी लाने तथा जीवन स्तर में सकारात्मक बदलाव के लिए लांच इस मिशन को लागू करनें में केन्द्र और राज्य सरकारों का बराबर सहयोग अपेक्षित है। मौके पर नगर आयुक्त मुकेश कुमार, सूडा डायरेक्टर अमित कुमार, स्मार्ट सिटी रांची के महाप्रबंधक तकनीकी राकेश कुमार नंदक्योलियार आदि मौजूद थे।
