रुडकी (संवाददाता)। पहला बच्चा बेटी होने से नाराज युवक ने पत्नी को अपने साथ रखने से मना कर दिया। काफी दबाव में युवक पत्नी के मायके गया और उसे तीन बार तलाक कहकर वापस लौट आया। पत्नी की तहरीर पर प्राथमिक जांच के बाद पुलिस ने आरोपी पति के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच पड़ताल शुरू कर दी है। लक्सर के निहंदपुर गांव के जाकिर ने अपनी बेटी गुलिस्ता की शादी जुलाई 2017 में लक्सर के ही भिक्कमपुर गांव के युवक हमीद के साथ की थी। आरोप है कि शादी के बाद से ही ससुरालिए कम दहेज लाने का ताना देकर गुलिस्ता को प्रताडि़त कर रहे थे। इस दौरान गुलिस्ता गर्भवती हुई तो हमीद उसे उसके मायके निहंदपुर छोड़ आया। बीच में कई बार बुलाने पर भी वह ससुराल नहीं गया। इस दौरान गुलिस्ता के मायके में ही एक बेटी पैदा हो गई। पहला बच्चा बेटी पैदा होने की जानकारी मिलने पर पति ने उसे अपने साथ रखने से साफ इनकार कर दिया। काफी कहनने सुनने पर वह पिछले महीने पत्नी के मायके आया। वहां बातचीत के दौरान उसने पत्नी को तीन बार तलाक कहकर संबंध विच्छेद करने की घोषणा कर दी। इसके बाद वह अपने घर चला गया। गुलिस्ता ने कई दिन पहले घटना की तहरीर पुलिस को दी थी। मामले में प्राथमिक जांच के बाद पुलिस ने आरोपी पति हमीद के खिलाफ मुस्लिम विवाह संरक्षण अधिनियम के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। कोतवाल विरेंद्र सिंह नेगी ने बताया कि मामले की छानबीन की जा रही है। इसके बाद कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
