पौड़ी (संवाददाता)। राज्यपाल उत्तराखंड बेबी रानी मौर्य ने गुरूवार को राजकीय बालिका इंटर कालेज पौड़ी नगर में पहुंचकर छात्राओं से मुलाकात की। जहां स्कूली बच्चोंं ने राज्यपाल उत्तराखंड का जोरदार स्वागत करते हुए नन्हें बच्चों ने राष्ट्रीय ध्वज भेंट किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने स्कूली छात्राओं से पठन पाठन को बारे में पूछा। उन्होंने बच्चों के द्वारा पूछे गये सवालों के जवाब भी दिये। जबकि छात्रा दीक्षा ने विद्यालय परिवार की ओर से राज्यपाल को बैज लगाकर स्वागत अभिनंदन किया। विद्यालय भ्रमण कार्यक्रम में एक बालिका ने राज्यपाल को बन्दरों से सुरक्षा प्रदान करने हेतु सुरक्षा कर्मी की तैनाती की मांग की। जबकि एक अन्य छात्रा ने अपने से अग्रज लोगों को सम्मान देने की भावना को संस्कारित करने हेतु नैतिक शिक्षा को इंटर तक अनिवार्य रूप से पढ़ाये जाने की मांग की। जिस पर राज्यपाल ने विद्यालय में प्रत्येक दिन कक्षा कार्य प्रारम्भ होने से पूर्व नैतिक शिक्षा पर आधारित बातें सिखाने के निर्देश दिये। कहा कि सभी विद्यालयों में अनिवार्य रूप से नैतिक शिक्षा पर आधारित विचार सिखायें। उन्होंने बच्चों को अध्यापकों द्वारा सिखायी गयी शिक्षाओं का अनुसरण करने को कहा। उन्होंने कहा कि पढ़ाई पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर अपने आपको आगे लाए और खुद को कभी पीछे न समझो। अपने क्षेत्र में बेहतर से बेहतर कार्य करो। उन्होंने गरीब तबकों को मदद करनी को कहा। कहा कि वह भी उन परिवेश से साक्षात होकर लोगों की मदद करते हुए आज इस मुकाम पर पहुंची हैं। अपने भोजन का एक हिस्सा उन गरीब को जरूर खिलांए जो भूखे पेट रहते हों। इनकी दुआ से निरंतर आगे बने में मदद देंगी। इसके उपरान्त राज्यपाल श्रीमती मौर्य ने उद्यान एवं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण विभाग के राजकीय प्रजनन उद्यान एवं उद्यान सचल दल केंद्र खांड्यूसैंण का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने परिसर में माल्टा का वृक्षारोपण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारी एवं विषय विशेषज्ञ से केंद्र के कार्य प्रगति के बारे में जानकारी ली। जबकि उद्यान में कार्य कर रही महिलाओं से सम्पर्क कर उनका हालचाल जाना। कहा कि इसी तरह संगठित होकर अपने कार्य में व्यवस्थता रखें। रोजमैरी सहित अन्य सगन्ध पादपों की भी जानकारी ली तथा स्थापित कुक्कुट केंद्र का भी निरीक्षण कर तैयार चूजों के बारे में भी जानकारी ली। इस अवसर पर गढ़वाल आयुक्त शैलेश बगौली, डीआईजी गढ़वाल परिक्षेत्र अजय रौतेला सहित विभिन्न विभागों के जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी और कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।
