देहरादून (सू0वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शुक्रवार को रुड़की स्थित नेहरू स्टेडियम में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में कुल 5871.17 लाख की 56 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण एवं 1206.99 लाख की कुल 11 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार उत्तराखण्ड को आदर्श राज्य बनाना चाहती है, इसके लिए राज्य के विकास का अगले 10 वर्ष का रोडमैप तैयार किया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा रुड़की में मिन्नी स्टेडियम और जिला अस्पताल बनाने समेत कई महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएं भी की।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि रुड़की का अपना अद्भुत इतिहास है। सबसे पुरानी सैन्य छावनी और आईआईटी औद्योगिक संस्थान यहां स्थित है। इस ऐतिहासिक नगर के विकास में सरकार कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य की कार्यसंस्कृति में सुधार किया जा रहा है। अधिकारियों की जनता के प्रति जवाबदेही तय करने के लिए उन्हें हर कार्य दिवस पर सुबह 10 से 12 बजे तक जनसुनवाई करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। सरकार नो पेंडेंसी को आधार बनाकर कार्य करेगी। दफ्तरों में ज्यादा मामले लंबित तो नहीं हैं इसे देखने के लिए मैं खुद जहां जाऊंगा वहां औचक निरीक्षण करूंगा। मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी ने कहा कि प्रधामनंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के हाथों में देश सुरक्षित है। उनके कार्यकाल में देश ने विकास के नए आयाम स्थापित किए और दुनिया में भारतवर्ष का गौरव भी बढ़ा। हमारी राज्य सरकार भी मोदी जी के पदचिन्हों पर चलते हुए उत्तराखण्ड की निरंतर प्रगति कर रही है। हमारी सरकार ने कोरोना से प्रभावित सभी क्षेत्रों के लोगों को राहत पैकेज की घोषणा की है। पर्यटन, स्वास्थ्य, परिवहन और आजीविका के क्षेत्र में राज्य सरकार ने करोड़ों की राहत राशि प्रदान की है। कोरोना की लड़ाई में अभूतपूर्व योगदान देने वाले कार्मिकों को भी सम्मान राशि देकर प्रोत्साहित किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि चारधाम यात्रा शुरू न हो पाने से लाखों लोगों की आजीविका प्रभावित हुई है। सरकार जल्दी से जल्दी यात्रा शुरू करवाने के गंभीर प्रयास कर रही है। इसके लिए सरकार हाईकोर्ट में महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य और दस्तावेज पेश करेगी।
विधानसभा वार शिलान्यास एवं लोकार्पण
मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी ने रुड़की विधानसभा हेतु कुल 2413.07 लाख की 29 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण एवं 274.85 लाख की 3 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया। झबरेड़ा विधानसभा हेतु कुल 3212.07 लाख की कुल 25 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण एवं 727.12 लाख की कुल 7 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया गया। भगवानपुर विधानसभा हेतु 246.03 लाख की 2 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण किया। इसके अलावा पिरान कलियर विधानसभा हेतु 205.02 लाख की 1 योजना का शिलान्यास किया।
कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रुड़की क्षेत्र के लिए कई घोषणाएं भी की। जिसके तहत विधानसभा क्षेत्र रुड़की के अंतर्गत नेहरू स्टेडियम रुड़की को सुदृढ़ीकरण कर मिनी स्टेडियम के रूप में विकसित किया जाएगा। विधानसभा क्षेत्र रुड़की के अंतर्गत राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज रुड़की को ब्लॉक एवं विद्यालय स्तर की खेलकूद प्रतियोगिताओं के आयोजनों हेतु स्कूल के ग्राउंड में स्पोर्ट्स कॉम्प्लेक्स की स्थापना, के साथ ही इंडोर बैडमिंटन कोर्ट, बास्केटबॉल कोर्ट और रनिंग ट्रैक बनाया जाएगा। रुड़की विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत जल संस्थान रुड़की सीवरेज योजना के तहत रख रखाव एवं अनुरक्षण कार्य हेतु धन राशि प्रदान की जाएगी। सिविल लाइन रुड़की में नजूल भूमि के सम्बंध में जांच कराकर नए सिरे से शासनादेश जारी किया जाएगा। रुड़की स्थित संयुक्त चिकित्सालय की कमियों को दूर करते जिला अस्पताल में उच्चीकृत किया जाएगा। इस मौके पर कैबिनेट मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत, स्वामी यतीश्वरानंद जी, राज्यसभा सांसद श्री नरेश बंसल, भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष श्री मदन कौशिक, स्थानीय विधायक श्री प्रदीप बत्रा, विधायक लक्सर श्री संजय गुप्ता, विधायक खानपुर श्री कुंवर प्रणव सिंह चैंपियन, विधायक झबरेड़ा श्री देशराज कर्णवाल एवं अन्य लोग उपस्थित रहे।
