देहरादून । उत्तराखंड में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने अपने गठन के बाद से खाद्य सुरक्षा व स्वच्छता को लेकर सराहनीय कार्य किये हैं। यही वजह है कि आज आम जनमानस के बाद खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की विश्वसनीयता लगातार बढ़ रही है। इसी कड़ी में फूड सेफ्टी ऑन व्हील्स पहल ने प्रशिक्षण, परीक्षण और जागरूकता अभियान सहित रिकॉर्ड संख्या में गतिविधियों के संचालन में दूसरा स्थान हासिल किया है। यह उपलब्धि खाद्य सुरक्षा और स्वच्छता के उच्चतम मानकों को सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में पहल की प्रतिबद्धता को और मजबूत करता है।
खाद्य सुरक्षा आयुक्त डॉ आर राजेश कुमार ने इस उपलब्धि के लिए फूड सेफ्टी ऑन व्हील्स पहल को शुभकामनायें देते हुए कहा कि यह कहते हुए खुशी हो रही है कि फ़ूड सेफ्टी ऑन व्हील्स कार्यक्रम खाद्य सुरक्षा को बढ़ावा देने में एक प्रेरक शक्ति रहा है। खाद्य उद्योग प्रथाओं और गुणवत्ता मानकों को बनाए रखने को लेकर जागरूकता पैदा करने का काम कर रहा है। जिसका लाभ आम जनता को मिल रहा है। पहल की यह उपलब्धि सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा के प्रति समर्पण को लेकर उनके अथक प्रयासों को दर्शाती हैं।
खाद्य सुरक्षा आयुक्त डॉ आर राजेश कुमार ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में चारधाम यात्रा, कांवड़ यात्रा एवं विभिन्न पर्यटन स्थलों पर फूड सेफ्टी ऑन व्हील्स का कार्य सराहनीय रहा है। इसके साथ ही मुख्यालय स्तर पर गठित प्रवर्तन टीम द्वारा मिलावटखोरी रोकने को समय-समय पर सराहनीय कार्य किया गया है।
गौरतलब है कि है कि उत्तराखंड ने दो अतिरिक्त फूड सेफ्टी ऑन व्हील्स इकाइयों की शुरुआत करके खाद्य सुरक्षा के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता को और मजबूत किया है। यह विस्तार पूरे क्षेत्र में और भी अधिक कवरेज और आउटरीच सक्षम करेगा। जिससे यह सुनिश्चित होगा कि व्यापक आबादी पहल की सेवाओं से लाभान्वित हो सके। चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान फूड सेफ्टी ऑन व्हील्स इकाइयों की तैनाती और श्रावण मेला कार्यक्रम के लचीलेपन और अनुकूलनशीलता को प्रदर्शित करता है। बड़े पैमाने पर खानपान करके सामूहिक समारोहों में पहल यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सक्रिय कदम उठा रही है कि खाद्य सुरक्षा चुनौतीपूर्ण और गतिशील वातावरण में भी प्राथमिकता शीर्ष पर बनी रहे।
