नईदिल्ली । बारिश और बाढ़ ने देश के कई सूबों में हाहाकार मचा रखा है। पहाड़ से लेकर मैदान तक आसमान से आफत बरस रही है। सबसे बुरा हाल असम का है जहां 84 से ज्यादा लोगों की अबतक बारिश की वजह से ही मौत हो गई है। इसके साथ ही देश का बड़ा हिस्सा आसमानी आफत से त्राहिमाम कर रहा है। घरों से लेकर दुकानें तक जलमग्न हो गए हैं। नदियां अपनी सीमाएं तोड़ कर शहरों में घुस आई हैं।
वहीं दूसरी तरफ नेपाल में हो रही भारी बारिश बिहार के लिए काल बन गई है। तमाम शहर और गांव बाढ़ के पानी में डूब गए हैं। मौसम विभाग ने पूर्वी और पश्चमी चंपारण, गोपालगंज, वैशाली, सीतामढ़ी और दरभंगा के लिए अलर्ट जारी किया है। बागमती नदी और गंडक नदी में पानी का स्तर और खतरनाक ढंग से बढ़ सकता है। निचले इलाकों में रहने वाले लोगों को ऊंचाई वाली जगहों पर जाने को कहा गया है।
उधर मौसम विभाग ने उत्तराखंड में 23 से 25 जुलाई तक रुद्रप्रयाग, चमोली, उत्तरकाशी , बागेश्वर और पिथौरागढ़ के लिए रेड अलर्ट जारी किया है। जबकि देहरादून और पौड़ी गढ़वाल के लिए ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। इससे पहले शिमला में सोमवार को भारी बारिश के बाद पहाड़ टूट गया और बाजार को तबाह कर गया। लैंडस्लाइड से शिमला की सेब मंडी में भारी नुकसान हुआ।
गोपालगंज भी बाढ़ से सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित चंद जिलों में है। गंडक नदी यहां रौद्र रूप दिखा रही है। गंडक नदी के किनारे के सभी छह ब्लॉक में अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। वाल्मीकिनगर बैराज से लगातार पानी छोड़ा जा रहा है। प्रशासन लोगों से अपील कर रहा है कि निचले इलाकों से हट जाएं।
बता दें कि बिहार में नदियां उफान पर हैं। दर्जनों गांव पानी में पूरी तरह से डूब चुके हैं। एक के बाद एक नदियों के तटबंध जवाब दे रहे हैं और नतीजा ये कि हजारों लोग बाढ़ से बेहाल हो रहे हैं। सहरसा में कोसी नदी एक बार फिर रौद्र रूप दिखा रही है जिसको बिहार का शोक भी कहा जाता है। नदी के निचले इलाकों में बसे गांवों से सैकड़ों लोगों को नावों के जरिये बाहर निकाला जा रहा है क्योंकि घर पूरी तरह बाढ़ के पानी से घिर चुके हैं। दर्जनों गांवों में इंसानों के साथ पालतू जानवर भी बाढ़ के पानी में फंसे दिखे।
