देहरादून (सू0 वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को मुख्यमंत्री आवास से एम्स के ट्रामा रथ का फ्लैग ऑफ किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि एम्स ऋषिकेश द्वारा ट्रामा रथ के माध्यम से मेडिकल कॉलेजों और अन्य विद्यालयों में जाकर आम लोगों को इस चिकित्सा पद्धति के बारे में जागरूक करने एवं प्रशिक्षित करने का अभियान छेड़ा है, यह सराहनीय प्रयास है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड विषम भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों वाला राज्य है। चिकित्सा के क्षेत्र में इस तरह की पहल कारगर साबित होंगी। एसोसिएट प्रो. एम्स ऋषिकेश डॉ. मधुर उनियाल ने कहा कि ११ से १७ अक्टूबर तक ट्रामा सप्ताह के तहत एम्स ऋषिकेश का ट्रामा रथ राज्य के विभिन्न मेडिकल कॉलेजों और अन्य विद्यालयों में जाकर छात्रछात्राओं तथा आम जनमानस को चिकित्सा के प्रति तात्कालिक सहायता और आवश्यक इलाज की जानकारी देगा एवं उन्हें प्रशिक्षित करेगा। यह ट्रामा रथ उत्तराखंड के आम जनमानस में ट्रॉमा चिकित्सा के प्रति जन जागरूकता लाकर उन्हें दुर्घटना के दौरान किस प्रकार से फस्र्ट ऐड दिया जाता है और घायल व्यक्ति की जान कैसे बचाई जा सकती है, इसका प्रशिक्षण देगा। सप्ताह भर तक चलने वाले इस कार्यक्रम के तहत ट्रॉमा रथ अलग अलग दिनों में अलग अलग स्थानों पर एम्स के ट्रॉमा विभाग के विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टरों के माध्यम से विभिन्न कार्यक्रम आयोजित करेगा। इस अवसर पर विधायक श्री सुरेश गड़िया, डॉ. अजय कुमार, डॉ. कमलेश बैरवा, डॉ. पी. सी. मीणा, डॉ. दिनेश पंचाल उपस्थित थे।
