देहरादून (सू0 वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बुधवार को ग्राफिक एरा में आयोजित 1516वीं उत्तराखंड राज्य विज्ञान एवं तकनीकी कांग्रेस का शुभारंभ किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने उत्तराखंड राज्य विज्ञान एवं तकनीक कांग्रेस एवं उत्तराखंड के बहुमूल्य उत्पादों पर आधारित पुस्तक का विमोचन किया। बीते साल कोरोना महामारी के कारण साइंस कांग्रेस का आयोजन नहीं हो पाया था, इसलिए 15 एवं 16वीं साइंस कांग्रेस का साझा आयोजन किया गया। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि हम सब का सामूहिक प्रयास होना चाहिए कि इस तरह के मंथन कार्यक्रम सिर्फ आयोजन तक सीमित न रहे, बल्कि ऐसे मंथन कार्यक्रमों से निकला ज्ञान रूपी अमृत राज्य की और देश की प्रगति के लिए उन्नत तकनीक के रूप में सामने आए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उन्हें पूर्ण विश्वास है कि इस कार्यक्रम से सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में प्रदेश को आगे बढ़ाने का रास्ता भी मिलेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि विश्वविद्यालय के छात्र के रूप में उनको सबसे अधिक अनुभव प्राप्त हुआ। उन्होंने कहा कि भारतवर्ष आदिकाल से ही ज्ञान विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में अग्रणी रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में बीते 8 सालों में भारत ने विज्ञान और तकनीक के क्षेत्र में कई नए कीर्तिमान हासिल किए हंै। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में देश में नई शिक्षा नीति लागू की है। जो कि हर पहलू को केंद्रित कर बनाई गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि देश के वैज्ञानिकों ने शोध और परीक्षण कर कोरोना वायरस महामारी से निपटने के लिए दोदो स्वदेशी वैक्सीन तैयार की, जो कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में संभव था। प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व में देश का मान सम्मान और स्वाभिमान बढा है। हमारी कल्पना वसुदेव कुटुंबकम की है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कार्यक्रम में मौजूद वैज्ञानिक एवं शोधार्थियों से आवाहन करते हुए कहा कि इस कार्यक्रम से हम संकल्प को शक्ति बनाकर “विकल्प रहित संकल्प” के ध्येय वाक्य के साथ आगे बढ़े। उन्होंने कहा कि साल 2025 तक उत्तराखंड को अग्रणी राज्य बनाने के लिए “विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी” के क्षेत्र से जुड़े सभी वैज्ञानिक एवं शोधार्थियों के सुझाव आमंत्रित हैं। हम हर क्षेत्र में विशेषज्ञों के विचारों को लेकर भविष्य का रोडमैप तैयार कर रहे हैं, क्योंकि उत्तराखंड को शिखर पर ले जाने की जिम्मेदारी हम सब की सामूहिक रूप से है। कार्यक्रम में सचिव आईटी श्रीमती सौजन्या ने साइंस कांग्रेस के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी दी। इसके अलावा महानिदेशक डॉ राजेंद्र डोभाल ने उत्तराखंड काउंसिल फॉर साइंस एंड टेक्नोलॉजी द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों एवं साइंस सिटी का विस्तृत प्रस्तुतीकरण दिया। कार्यक्रम में ग्राफिक एरा ग्रुप के चेयरमैन प्रोफ़ेसर डॉ. कमल घनशाला ने सभी अतिथियों का आभार प्रकट किया। इस दौरान कार्यक्रम में विभिन्न विश्वविद्यालयों एवं संस्थानों से जुड़े वैज्ञानिक, शोधार्थी एवं छात्रछात्राएँ मौजूद रही।
