उधम सिंह नगर ( सू0वि0) । मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गुरुवार को पहेनिया बाईपास, खटीमा, उधम सिंह नगर में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग करते हुए 30606.75 लाख रुपए की 26 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण किया। जिसमें नवनिर्मित गदरपुर बाईपास एवं नवनिर्मित खटीमा बाईपास का लोकार्पण भी शामिल रहा। इस अवसर पर केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने भी वीडियो के माध्यम सभा को संबोधित किया। लोकार्पित किये गये 4लेन गदरपुर बाईपास की लम्बाई 8.8 किमी और लागत 170 करोङ रूपये है जबकि खटीमा बाईपास 2लेन विद पेव्ड शोल्डर है। इसकी लम्बाई 8.2 किमी और लागत 95 करोङ रूपये है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि बाईपास के लोकार्पण के साथ खटीमा एवं गदरपुर क्षेत्रवासियों की लंबे समय से चली आ रही मांग पूरी हुई है। इन दोनों ही बाईपास के बनने से स्थानीय जनता को लाभ मिलेगा। खटीमा एवं गदरपुर दोनों शहरों को जाम से निजात भी मिलेगा। खटीमा बाईपास के दौरान कई बाधाओं का सामना करना पड़ा परंतु सभी क्षेत्रवासियों ने एकता दिखाकर, जिला प्रशासन एवं एन.एच के सहयोग से समस्याओं का समाधान किया। उन्होंने कहा जल्द ही टनकपुर से सितारगंज एवं पीलीभीत से खटीमा हेतु 4 लेन सड़क पर भी कार्य किया जाएगा। यह मार्ग कैलाश मानसरोवर का भी एक अहम पड़ाव है आने वाले दिनों में कैलाश मानसरोवर की यात्रा इन्हीं मार्गो से की जाएगी। भारत एवं नेपाल सरकार संयुक्त रूप से दोनों देशों को जोड़ने हेतु सड़क का निर्माण करवा रही है जिससे दोनों देशों के बीच में रोटी बेटी का रिश्ता और ज्यादा मजबूत होगा। मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी का उत्तराखंड से विशेष लगाव है। जिसके फलस्वरूप केदारनाथ की एवं हेमकुंड साहिब को रोपवे से जोड़ने का कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा राज्य सरकार की प्राथमिकता है कि भारत सरकार के पर्वतमाला योजना का अधिकाधिक लाभ हमारे राज्य को मिले। उधम सिंह नगर जिले के किच्छा क्षेत्र में एम्स बनने जा रहा है। राज्य सरकार वन डिस्टिक टू प्रोडक्ट योजना पर भी तेज गति के साथ कार्य कर रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में भारत द्वारा अन्तरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर जो भी प्रस्ताव रखे जाते हैं, उन पर गम्भीरता से फैसले भी लिये जाते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत इस वर्ष जी 20 शिखर सम्मेलन की अध्यक्षता कर रहा है। यह देश के लिए ‘लोकल फॉर ग्लोबल’ को बढ़ावा देने का अच्छा अवसर है। जी20 की 02 महत्वपूर्ण बैठकें उत्तराखण्ड में भी प्रस्तावित हैं। भारत के प्रस्ताव पर संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा ने वर्ष 2023 को अन्तरराष्ट्रीय मिलेट वर्ष भी घोषित किया है। इससे हमारे मोटे अनाजों को तेजी से बढ़ावा मिलेगा। भारत सरकार द्वारा मण्डुवा को न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर क्रय करने की स्वीकृति प्रदान करने पर उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी का आभार व्यक्त किया। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में आज संपूर्ण भारत में सरकार द्वारा अंतिम छोर पर खड़े व्यक्ति को संसाधन पहुंचाने पर कार्य किया जा रहा है। आज का भारत दुनिया का नेतृत्व करने वाला भारत है। वैश्विक मंच पर भारत और भी ज्यादा सशक्त हुआ। सेना का मान सम्मान स्वाभिमान बढा है। दुश्मन देशों को गोली का जवाब गोलो से दिया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा राज्य सरकार ने खटीमा के अंतर्गत कई कार्य किये हैं जिसमें विभिन्न जगहों पर पानी की टंकियों का निर्माण, बस स्टेशन का निर्माण, सरकारी हॉस्पिटलों में मूलभूत संसाधनों की स्थापना, पूर्व सैनिकों हेतु सीएसडी कैंटीन, एकलव्य विद्यालय, नमामि गंगे के अंतर्गत शारदा घाटों का निर्माण कार्य हैं। उन्होंने कहा राज्य सरकार वर्ष 2025 तक उत्तराखण्ड को देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाने के अपने “विकल्प रहित संकल्प“ को लेकर आगे बढ़ रही है। वीडियो संदेश में केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने कहा कि विधानसभा चुनाव 2022 में अपने वादे अनुसार आज बाईपास का लोकार्पण कर दिया है। नवनिर्मित गदरपुर एवं खटीमा बाईपास के शुभारंभ के साथ ही खटीमा एवं गदरपुर के मुख्य शहरों में लगने वाला जाम पूरी तरह खत्म हो जाएगा। इससे स्थानीय जनता, यात्री एवं श्रद्धालुओं को बहुत बड़ी राहत मिलेगी। बाईपास के बन जाने से रुद्रपुर टनकपुर एवं रुद्रपुर से काशीपुर या अन्य आसपास शहरों की समयअवधि घट जाएगी। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखंड राज्य निरंतर ही विकास की नई ऊंचाइयों को छू रहा है। उन्होंने कहा उत्तराखंड राज्य में सड़कों के निर्माण हेतु जो कुछ भी सहयोग मंत्रालय द्वारा किया जा सकता है, वो प्राथमिकता के साथ किया जाएगा। केंद्रीय रक्षा राज्य मंत्री श्री अजय भट्ट ने कहा कि प्रत्येक शासनादेश मूर्त रूप लेता जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखंड का चैमुखी विकास देखने को मिल रहा है। उन्होंने कहा मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी के बराबर कर्तव्यनिष्ट, ईमानदार व्यक्ति कोई नहीं है, वह वर्तमान समय में प्रदेश के हर क्षेत्र को बराबर स्थान और सम्मान दे रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा गदरपुर बायपास पर सर्विस लेन बने तथा किसानों की फसल को नुकसान न हो, पानी की निकासी हेतु एनएचएआई प्रस्ताव बनाए। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी एवं मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में उधम सिंह नगर जिले का चैतरफा विकास हो रहा है। अगले 10 सालो में उत्तराखंड राज्य बहुत ऊंचाइयों को छूने वाला है। उन्होंने कहा प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी के मार्गदर्शन में भारत को ळ20 की अध्यक्षता मिल गई है। करोड़ों के प्रोजेक्ट पर काम हो रहे हैं। कार्यक्रम के पश्चात मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी एवं रक्षा राज्य मंत्री श्री अजय भट्ट ने नेशनल हाईवे कुटरी ( खटीमा बाईपास ) का निरीक्षण भी किया। इस दौरान विधायक गोपाल सिंह राणा, शिव अरोरा, सुरेश गडिया, पूर्व विधायक डॉ.प्रेम सिंह राणा, बीजेपी जिलाध्यक्ष कमल जिंदल, डीएम युगल किशोर पंत, एसएसपी मंजूनाथ टीसी एवं अन्य लोग मौजूद रहे। सूचना एवं लोक सम्पर्क विभाग।
