सोनभद्र (संवाददाता)। उत्तर प्रदेश मुख्यमंत्री बाल सेवा योजना का लाभ अब वह बच्चे भी उठा सकेंगे जिनके परिवार या संरक्षक की वार्षिक आय तीन लाख रूपये तक है। इससे पहले इस योजना का लाभ दो लाख रुपये सालाना आय वाले परिवारों के बच्चों को ही दिए जाने का प्रस्ताव था। वार्षिक आय का दायरा बढ़ा दिए जाने से अब अधिक से अधिक बच्चों को योजना से लाभान्वित किया जा सकेगा। ज्ञात हो कि कोरोना काल में अनाथ हुए बच्चों के भविष्य को संवारने के लिए आर्थिक और शैक्षिक मदद पहुँचाने के उद्देश्य से यह योजना शुरू की गयी है। जिला प्रोबेशन अधिकारी डॉ अमरेंद्र प्रोत्सायन ने बताया कि अनाथ हुए बच्चों के संरक्षक की वार्षिक आय अब तीन लाख कर दिया गया है ।इससे जनपद के अधिक से अधिक बच्चों को मुख्यमंत्री बाल सेवा योजना का लाभ मिलेगा।

क्या है योजना …….
कोविड काल में अपने माता-पिता या दोनों में से किसी एक को खोने वाले बच्चों के जीवन को संवारने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री बाल सेवा योजना शुरू की गयी है। इसके अलावा इस योजना का मूल उद्देश्य परेशान बच्चों को तत्काल मदद पहुंचाना और उनको गलत हाथों में जाने से बचाना है। इस योजना के तहत अनाथ हुए बच्चों के भरण-पोषण, शिक्षा, चिकित्सा आदि की व्यवस्था का पूरा ध्यान रखा गया है। इसमें जिक्र था कि शून्य से 18 साल के ऐसे बच्चे जिनके माता-पिता में से किसी एक की मृत्यु कोविड काल में हो गयी हो और वह परिवार का मुख्य कर्ता हो और वर्तमान में जीवित माता या पिता सहित परिवार की आय दो लाख रूपये प्रतिवर्ष से अधिक न हो को ही योजना में शामिल किया जायेगा। इसी शर्त को अब परिवर्तित कर तीन लाख रूपये आय सीमा कर दी गयी है। योजना की श्रेणी में आने वाले बच्चों के वैध संरक्षक के बैंक खाते में 4000 रूपये प्रतिमाह दिए जाएंगे।
