चंडीगढ़। चंडीगढ़ के सेक्टर-8/बी के मकान नंबर 728 में 98 वर्षीय बुजुर्ग महिला की चाकू से गला रेतकर हत्या कर दी गई। महिला उक्त मकान में नौकरानी के साथ रहती थी। शुक्रवार रात नौकरानी पार्क से टहल कर घर लौटी तो महिला अपने कमरे में खून से लथपथ मिली और कमरे का सामान बिखरा हुआ था। मृतका की पहचान जोगिंदर कौर के रूप में हुई है। पुलिस ने आईपीसी 302 (हत्या) समेत अन्य धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। जानकारी के अनुसार, जोगिंदर कौर सेक्टर-8/बी के मकान नंबर 728 में अकेली रहती थीं। उनकी नौकरानी भावना देखभाल करती थी। इसी मकान में भावना का पति भी रहता था। जबकि मकान के पिछले हिस्से में जोगिंदर की बहु रहती है। शुक्रवार देर शाम नौकरानी पार्क में टहलने चली गई। करीब साढ़े आठ बजे वापस लौटी तो जोगिंदर ग्राउंड फ्लोर अपने कमरे में खून से लथपथ मिली। शोर-शराबे के बाद आसपास के लोग जमा हो गए। इसके बाद मामले की सूचना पुलिस को दी गई।
