उत्तरकाशी (संवाददाता)। जोशियाड़ा क्षेत्र के कालेश्वर मंदिर मार्ग कालोनी के घरों में बरसाती नाले से होने वाले जलभराव की समस्या के निस्तारण के लिए सिंचाई विभाग की ओर से 1.37 करोड़ की योजना तैयार की गई। लेकिन क्षेत्र के हुए अतिक्रमण के कारण विभाग की यह योजना परवान नहीं चढ़ पा रही है। विभाग की ओर से कई बार जिला प्रशासन को पत्र प्रेषित कर अतिक्रमण हटाने की मांग की गई। लेकिन प्रशासन की ओर से कोई र्कारवाई अमल में नहीं लाई गई। जिससे इस योजना के लिए स्वीकृत बजट लेप्स होने के कगार पर है। उत्तरकाशी जिला मुख्यालय के समीप स्थित जोशियाड़ा के कालेश्वर मंदिर मार्ग पर हर वर्ष जलभराव की समस्या बनी रहती है। हर बारिश में बरसाती नाले का पानी और मलबा लोगों के घरों में घुस जाता है और लोगों को जागकर पूरी रात काटनी पड़ती है। इतना ही नहीं ऋषिराम शिक्षण संस्थान से कालेश्वर मंदिर तक मार्ग जलमग्न होने के कारण स्थानीय छात्र-छात्राओं को भी स्कूल जाने में खासी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है। वहीं वर्षों से बारिश के मौसम में आ रही इस समस्या के निस्तारण के लिए सिंचाई विभाग ने भटवाड़ी ब्लॉक के कंसेण एवं डांग में बाढ़ सुरक्षा कार्य करने की योजना तैयार की। जिसके लिए विभाग को 04 अक्टूबर 2016 को करीब 1.37 करोड़ की स्वीकृति प्राप्त हो गई थी। लेकिन दो वर्ष बाद भी यह योजना धरातल पर नहीं उतर पा रही है।
