देहरादून (सूचना विभाग) । मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने नर्सिंग की भर्ती में मानकों में संशोधन के निर्देश दिए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने नर्सिंग प्रशिक्षित बेरोजगार युवाओं के ज्ञापन का संज्ञान लेकर सचिव स्वास्थ्य को निर्देश दिए कि आवश्यक संशोधन का प्रस्ताव तैयार कर शीघ्र आगामी कैबिनेट में लाया जाए। जिससे नर्सिंग की भर्ती में मानकों में आवश्यक संशोधन किया जा सके और ज्यादा से ज्यादा नर्सिंग प्रशिक्षित युवा उसमें शामिल हो सकें।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत के निर्देश के बाद राज्य में 1200 से ज्यादा पदों पर नर्सिंग स्टाफ की भर्ती होने जा रही है। लेकिन भर्ती के लिए 30 बेड के अस्पताल से एक साल के अनुभव और फार्म 16 की अनिवार्यता के कारण कई नर्सिंग प्रशिक्षित युवा इस भाग लेने से वंचित हो रहे थे। इस पर नर्सिंग प्रशिक्षित बेरोजगार युवाओं ने मुख्यमंत्री को संबोधित एक ज्ञापन देकर मानकों में ढील देने की मांग की थी। जिससे अधिक से अधिक नर्सिंग प्रशिक्षित युवा इसमें भाग ले सकें।
कोरोना को हराकर आज से काम काज शुरू करते ही मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने पहला निर्णय नर्सिंग भर्ती के मानकों में संशोधन का लिया। नर्सिंग बेरोजगार संगठन की ओर से दिए ज्ञापन का संज्ञान लेकर मुख्यमंत्री ने सचिव स्वास्थ्य को निर्देश दिए कि 30 बेड के अस्पताल में एक साल के अनुभव की शर्त को हटा दिया जाए। सचिव स्वास्थ्य श्री अमित नेगी ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश के अनुसार नर्सिंग भर्ती के लिए अब 30 बेड के अस्पताल में एक साल के अनुभव की शर्त को हटाया जाएगा। इसके लिए प्रस्ताव तैयार कर कैबिनेट के सम्मुख रखेंगे। इस संशोधन के बाद फार्म 16 की अनिवार्यता भी स्वत ही खत्म हो जाएगी। साथ ही 30 बेड के अस्पताल में एक साल के अनुभव की शर्त भी हट जाएगी। कैबिनेट निर्णय के बाद नर्सिंग प्रशिक्षित बेरोजगार इसके लिए नर्सिंग भर्ती के लिए पात्र हो जाएंगे।
