राज्य के बिजली उपभोक्ताओं को मिली बङी राहत
मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने दिए निर्देश
देहरादून (सू0 वि0) किसानों, उद्योगों व वाणिज्यिक प्रतिष्ठानों की मांग और लाॅकडाऊन की कठिनाईयों को देखते हुए बिजली उपभोक्ताओं को राहत देने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत के निर्देश पर कई अहम निर्णय लिए गए हैं।
निजी नलकूप श्रेणी में विलम्ब भुगतान अधिभार में छूट, 20 हजार किसानों को लाभ
30 जून तक बिल का भुगतान करने वाले निजी नलकूप श्रेणी के उपभोक्ताओं को विलम्ब भुगतान अधिभार में छूट दी जा रही है। इससे 20 हजार किसानों को लाभ होगा। इसमें आने वाले 3 करोङ 64 लाख रूपये के वित्तीय भार का वहन राज्य सरकार द्वारा किया जाएगा।
2 लाख 70 हजार औद्योगिक और वाणिज्यिक उपभोक्ताओं को लाभ
औद्योगिक और वाणिज्यिक श्रेणी के उपभोक्ताओं से मार्च 2020 से मई 2020 तक, की गई बिजली खपत के सापेक्ष फिक्सड / डिमान्ड चार्ज की वसूली स्थगित की जा रही है। इसमें विलम्ब भुगतान अधिभार से छूट दी जाएगी। इससे 2 लाख 70 हजार उपभोक्ताओं को लाभ होगा। इस पर आने वाले लगभग 8 करोड़ रूपए के वित्तीय भार का वहन राज्य सरकार द्वारा किया जाएगा।
25 लाख बिजली उपभोक्ताओं को ऑनलाइन भुगतान पर एक प्रतिशत की छूट
सभी श्रेणियों के जो बिजली उपभोक्ता देय तिथि तक बिल का ऑनलाइन भुगतान करते हैं, उन्हें वर्तमान बिल की राशि में 1 प्रतिशत की छूट दी जाएगी। जिसमें एचटी उपभोक्ताओं को अधिकतम एक लाख तथा एलटी उपभोक्ताओं को अधिकतम 10 हजार रूपए की छूट प्रदान की जाएगी। इस पर आने वाले प्रतिमाह लगभग दो करोड़ के व्यय का वहन यूपीसीएल द्वारा किया जाएगा। इससे 25 लाख उपभोक्ताओं को लाभ होगा।
भुगतान न कर पाने पर 30 जून तक बिजली कनेक्शन काटने पर रोक
विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं के व्यापक हित में मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश में 30.6.2020 तक किसी भी श्रेणी के उपभोक्ता का विद्युत संयोजन विद्युत देयों के भुगतान नहीं किए जाने की दशा में काटे नहीं जाने के भी निर्देश दिए हैं।
