नई दिल्ली । कोरोना वायरस को फैलने से रोकने के लिए लागू लॉकडाउन के दौरान केंद्र सरकार 31.77 करोड़ लोगों के खाते में कैश भेजकर मदद कर चुकी है। प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण योजना के तहत डायरेक्ट बेनिफिट ट्रांसफर (डीबीटी) के जरिए जनधन खाता धारक महिलाओं, विधवा, दिव्यांग, बुजुर्ग, मजदूर और किसानों के खातों में कुल 28,256 करोड़ रुपए ट्रांसफर किए जा चुके हैं। सरकार की ओर से जारी सूचना में बताया गया है कि 19.86 करोड़ प्रधानमंत्री जन-धन खाता धारक महिलाओं को 9930 करोड़ रुपए की मदद भेजी जा चुकी है। 2.82 करोड़ विधवा महिलाओं, दिव्यांग और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के खातों में कुल 14.5 करोड़ रुपए जमा कराए गए हैं। पीएम किसान योजना के तहत पंजीकृत 8 करोड़ किसानों में से 6.93 करोड़ किसानों के खातों में अग्रिम किस्त के रूप में 13,855 करोड़ रुपए दिए गए हैं। निर्माण कार्य और दूसरे पंजीकृत 2.16 करोड़ मजदूरों को 3066 करोड़ रुपए की मदद दी गई है। कोरोना लॉकडाउन में गरीबों की मदद के लिए 26 मार्च को वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने 1.70 लाख करोड़ रुपये के पैकेज का ऐलान किया था। इसके तहत जरूरतमंद लोगों को अनाज और कैश ट्रांसफर की घोषणा की गई थी। निर्मला सीतारमण ने कहा कि था कि योजना के तहत किसानों, मनरेगा, गरीब विधवा, गरीब पेंशनधारी और दिव्यांगों, और जनधन अकाउंट धारी महिलाओं, उज्ज्वला योजना की लाभार्थी महिलाएं, स्वंय सेवा समूहों की महिलाओं और संगठित क्षेत्र के कर्मचारियों, कंस्ट्रक्शन से जुड़े मजदूरों को मदद दी जाएगी। किसानों को 2 हजार रुपये की पहली किस्त देने का वादा किया गया था। मनरेगा मजदूरों के लिए दिहाड़ी 182 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 202 रुपये किया गया। वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि गरीब बुजुर्गों, गरीब विधवा और गरीब दिव्यांगों को दो किस्तों में अतिरिक्त एक हजार रुपये देने का ऐलान किया। 20 करोड़ जनधन खाताधारक महिलाओं को 500 रुपये प्रति महीने अगले तीन महीनों तक मिलेंगे।
