गाजियाबाद (संवाददाता)। उत्तराखण्ड का चर्चित स्टिंग प्रकरण में सरकार बनाम निजी चैनल के सम्पादक उमेश कुमार का द्वन्द रुकने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है ताज़ा और चौकाने वाले इस मामले ने एक नया मोड़ ले लिया है आज गाजिय़ाबाद में हाई प्रोफाइल स्टिंग मामले में निजी चैनल के संपादक ने उत्तराखंड के सीएम, आई जी समेत पुलिस के दर्जन भर पुलिसकर्मियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज करने की तहरीर दी है अगर ये मुकदमा दर्ज हो जाता है तो निश्चित ही एक बार फिर सरकार दिक्कत झेल सकती है इस तहरीर के बाद उत्तराखंड की राजनीती में एक बार फिर स्टिंग का जिन बाहर आ गया है
तहरीर में निजी चैनल के सम्पादक को गिरफ़्तार करने के लिए कोर्ट से गिरफ़्तारी और सर्च वॉरंट पर गंभीर आरोप और सबूत पेश किये गए है अगर दीये गए सबूत सच साबित होते है तो निश्चित ही सरकार की मुसीबत बढऩी तय है तहरीर में आरोप लगाया गया है कि गिरफ़्तारी और घर की सर्च के लिए 18/08/2018 और 24/08/2018 को वॉरंट माँगा गया था जिनको कोर्ट द्वारा निरस्त कर दिया गया था।
आरोप नंबर (2) उमेश कुमार के एटीएस इंदिरपुरम ग़ाजिय़ाबाद स्थित घर पर 91 के वॉरंट की तामील दिखाने के लिए सोसायटी के गेट नम्बर-4 के एंट्री रजिस्टर में एंट्री के दौरान आईओ अरविंद कुमार ने फ़्लैट नम्बर वाले खाने में लिखा लिखा ञ्ज-19 उमेश कुमार जिस टावर में रहते है उसका नम्बर है 19ज् इसके बाद अरविंद कुमार ने टावर में लिफ़्ट के पास स्थिति गार्ड के रजिस्टर में एंट्री करते समय फ़्लैट नम्बर का खाना ख़ाली छोड़ दियाज् एंट्री का समय 3:55क्करू डाला और वापसी का 3:59। मज़े की बात है की उमेश कुमार चौबीसवी मंजि़ल पर रहते है और लिफ़्ट तकऱीबन दो से ढाई मिनट पहुँचने में लेती है और वापसी में भी इतना हर समय लगता है । कोर्ट में वॉरंट लेने के लिए दी गयी याचिका में टोटल 4 मिनट में वॉरंट की तामील ना होना और परिवार वालो के द्वारा वॉरंट ना लिया जाना कहा गया है । आईओ अरविंद कुमार ने गेट नम्बर 4 और टावर 19 के रजिस्टर मे एंट्री करने के दौरान इनके फ़ोटो खींच लिए थे। अरविंद कुमार ने गेट नम्बर-4 के रजिस्टर जिसके फ़्लैट नम्बर वाले खाने में ञ्ज-19 लिखा था उसकी फ़ोटोस्टेट कापी पर फ़्लूइड लगाकर उमेश कुमार के फ़्लैट का नम्बर 19241 डाला। और जो रजिस्टर टावर 19 की लिफ़्ट के पास स्थित गार्ड के पास था उसने ख़ाली छोड़े गए फ़्लैट नम्बर वाले खाने में उमेश कुमार का फ़्लैट नो. 19241 लिख डाला और इन दस्तावेज़ो को कोर्ट में पेश करके आईओ अरविंद कुमार द्वारा कहा गया की उमेश कुमार वॉरंट लेने से बच रहा है और परिजनों ने वॉरंट लेने से मना कर दिया है।
अगर ये सभी आरोप सही साबित हो जाते है तो निश्चित सरकार और पुलिसकर्मियो के लिए बड़ी दिक्कत पैदा हो सकती है । एक फज़ऱ्ी षड्यंत्र रचकर ग़लत धाराओं में मुकदम दर्ज करके अपनी पीठ थपथपा रही थी और बाद में जिन्हें चार्जशीट के दौरान साबित भी नहीं कर पायी पुलिस।
आरोप नंबर (3)
आईओ अरविंद कुमार और वादी आयुष गौड़ ने एक और षड्यंत्र रचा जोकि बाद हर रोचक है । उमेश कुमार के फ़्लैट का पता है 19242 जबकि सभी वॉरंट की तामील करने के प्रयास दिखाए गए फ़्लैट नम्बर 19241 पर ये फ़्लैट निर्माण के बाद से आज तक किसी को आवंटित नहीं हुआ है ये एक ख़ाली खंडहर फ़्लैट है । इस तहरीर के बाद अब ये देखना है कि पुलिस आखिर क्या करती है। यदि मुकदमा दर्ज होता है तो यह मामला और अधिक तूल पकड़ेगा।

mit dem Essen in Hotel zufrieden? Leider kann ich sonst nicht
weiterhelfen. Sind die Aussenpools beheizt? Fanal Forest ist einmalig, besonders
im Nebel.
