उत्तरकाशी (संवाददाता)। जनपद के 36 न्याय पंचायतों में युवा कल्याण, खेल एवं शिक्षा विभाग के तत्वावधान में खेल महाकुंभ का आगाज हुआ। मुख्यालय के मनेरा स्टेडियम में भटवाड़ी ब्लाक के न्याय पंचायत जोशियाड़ा में खेल महाकुंभ का विधिवत शुभारंभ डीएम आशीष चौहान व ब्लाक प्रमुख चंदन पंवार ने किया। इस मौके पर छात्र-छात्राओं ने रंगारंग सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम भी दिये। डीएम ने 100 मीटर (बालक) दौड़ को हरी झंडी दिखाकर व कबड्डी का टॉस कर खेलों का शुभारंभ किया। न्याय पंचायत के विभिन्न विद्यालयों से खेल महाकुंभ में प्रतिभाग कर रहें बालक बालिकाओं को संबंधित करते हुए डीएम आशीष चौहान ने कहा कि ग्रामीण खेल महाकुंभ का मुख्य उद्देश्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के बच्चों में छुपी खेल प्रतिभाओं को उभारना हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा आयोजित इस महाकुंभ में अधिक से अधिक बच्चें प्रतिभाग करें और अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ खेल का प्रर्दशन कर आगे बढ़ें व प्रदेश-देश व अन्तष्ट्रीय स्तर पर उम्दा प्रर्दशन कर नाम रोशन करें। ब्लाक प्रमुख भटवाड़ी चंदन सिंह पंवार ने खेल महाकुंभ में प्रतिभाग कर रहे सभी छात्र-छात्राओं के उज्जवल भविष्य की कामना की। जिला युवा कल्याण अधिकारी विजय प्रताप भंडारी ने बताया कि न्याय पंचायत स्तर पर दो दिवसीय खेल महाकुंभ में 14 वर्ष वर्ग के छात्र-छात्राएं कबड्डी, खो-खो, एथलेटिक्स प्रतिस्पर्धाएं आयोजित होगी। उसके उपरान्त आगामी 24, 25, 26 को विकास खण्ड स्तर पर खेल महाकुंभ का आयोजन किया जाएगा। जो इन प्रतिस्पर्धाओं में विजयी रहेगा, वह 29,30,31 दिसम्बर व 1 जनवरी को जिला स्तर पर आयोजित होने वाले खेलों में प्रतिभाग करेंगे। जिला स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता में विजयी प्रतिभागी राज्य स्तरीय खेल महाकुंभ में प्रतिभाग करेंगे। वहीं गंगोरी न्याय पंचायत खेल महाकुंभ का शुभारंभ कीर्ति इंटर कालेज में सभासद गीता रावत महावीर चौहान व मुख्य शिक्षाधिकारी आरसी आर्य द्वारा किया गया। इस अवसर पर सीडीओ प्रशान्त आर्य, विजय संतरी, अजय राणा, रणवीर सिंह विश्ट, मनोज पंवार, प्रधानाचार्य जीआईसी जोशियाड़ा मनमोहन प्रसाद भट्ट, उप क्रीड़ाधिकारी निधि, न्याय पंचायत के लगभव 150 छात्र-छात्राएं आदि मौजूद थे। दूसरी ओर संकुल केंद्र गंगोरी की न्याय पंचायत स्तरीय खेल महाकुंभ कार्यक्रम का आयोजन राजकीय कीर्ति इंटर कालेज में हुआ। मुख्य अतिथि के तौर पर पालिका सभासद गीता रावत मौजूद रही। यहां संकुल के 170 प्रतिभागी छात्र-छात्राओं ने पंजीकरण करवाया। इस दौरान हुये खेलों में खोखो में जीजीआईसी उत्तरकाशी की टीम प्रथम, ब्राईट ऐजुकेशन एकेडमी बाड़ाहाट की टीम द्वितीय स्थान पर रही। 100 मीटर दौड़ में वाणी शिक्षा निकेतन नेताला की सिमरन डंगवाल प्रथम, जीआई गंगोरी की नीरज द्वितीय रही। 400 मीटर बालिका वर्ग में जीजीआईसी की प्रतिभा प्रथम व वाणी निकेतन नेताला की संध्या द्वितीय रही। इस मौके पर कार्यक्रम का संचालन ओम प्रकाश भट्ट ने किया। जबकि मौके पर खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी सीएल शाह, चंडी प्रसाद,अतोल सिंह, मगनेश्वर, जितेंद्र, सोनिया सैनी, मूर्ति सिंह, लोकेंद्र दत्त आदि मौजूद रहे।
