देहरादून (सू0वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को रुद्रपुर, उधम सिंह नगर स्थित एक निजी होटल में वसुन्धरा दीप न्यूज द्वारा आयोजित मेधावी छात्र सम्मान समारोह में प्रतिभाग किया, इस दौरान उन्होंने उधम सिंह नगर जिले के मेधावी छात्र छात्राओं ( 10वी 12वी ) को स्मृति चिन्ह, पुरस्कार देकर सम्मानित किया, एवं कोरोना काल के साथ ही विभिन्न सामाजिक क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले व्यक्तियों को भी सम्मानित किया। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि छात्रों को सम्मानित कर स्वयं को गौरवान्वित महसूस कर रहा हूं, ये छात्र आने वाले समय में उत्तराखंड एवं देश के विकास में अपना अहम योगदान निभाएंगे, वसुन्धरा दीप न्यूज द्वारा समाज से जुड़ी खबरों के साथ सामाजिक कार्य लगातार किए जा रहे हैं, जो की सराहनीय है। उन्होंने कहा मेहनत कर शिखर में पहुंचने वाले लोगों के साथ परिवार रिश्तेदारों एवं समाज का नाम जुड़ जाता है, उन्होंने कहा हमें अपने जीवन में विकल्प रहित संकल्प के मंत्र के साथ अपने सपनों को साकार करने में जुट जाना चाहिए, उन्होंने कहा समय बहुमूल्य होता है, जिसका सदुपयोग करना ही हमारे जीवन को सफल एवं सार्थक बनाएगा। आज लोगों की उम्मीद देश के युवाओं से है, उन्होंने कहा आप हर क्षेत्र में सर्वश्रेष्ठ काम करें, अपना हर पल हर क्षण अपने सपनों को समर्पित करें एवं अपने लक्ष्य पर केंद्रित करें। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के नेतृत्व में इन आठ सालों में एक समृद्ध, शक्तिशाली तथा समरस भारत के साथ ही दुनिया का नेतृत्व करने वाला भारत बना है। विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में प्रतिभाओं की पहचान के साथ एक भारत श्रेष्ठ भारत की संकल्पना साकार हो रही है। आज का भारत दुनिया का नेतृत्व करने वाला भारत है। मोदी जी की नेतृत्व क्षमता का ही प्रभाव है कि हमारे देश की प्रतिभाये देश विदेश में भारत का मान सम्मान बढ़ाने का कार्य भी कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी की यात्रा शून्य से शिखर तक जाने की यात्रा है वह सभी के लिए प्रेरणादायक हैं, उन्होंने कहा किच्छा में एम्स की शाखा खुल जाने से आसपास की जनता को इलाज में आने वाली परेशानियों का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा। उन्होंने कहा हमारी सरकार सड़कों के क्षेत्र में अभूतपूर्व कार्य कर रही है, जल्द ही है रुद्रपुर क्षेत्र में बाईपास बनाया जाएगा, एवं गदरपुर में बाईपास जल्द बनकर तैयार होगा। उन्होंने कहा हमारी सरकार पंतनगर एयरपोर्ट को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर का एयरपोर्ट बनाने पर कार्य कर रही है, वहीं चार धाम परियोजना के अंतर्गत अब पहाड़ों की यात्रा भी सुगम एवं सुरक्षित है, उन्होंने कहा जल्द ही रुद्रपुर से कैलाश मानसरोवर तक की सड़क भी बनकर तैयार हो जाएगी। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी का जन्मदिवस सेवा पखवाड़ा के रूप में मनाया जा रहा है। इस अवसर पर पूरे राज्य के अंतर्गत स्वच्छता, रक्तदान, संगोष्ठियां एवं सेवा के अन्य कार्यक्रम किए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा हमने भी संकल्प लिया है कि हम आने वाले समय में उत्तराखंड को नशा मुक्त उत्तराखंड बनाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा हमने टीबी मुक्त उत्तराखंड का संकल्प लेते हुए टीबी के मरीज को गोद लेने का फैसला किया है, जिससे उसकी खुराक दवा पानी का खर्चा हम उठाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा यूकेएसएसएससी पेपर लीक मामले में एस.टी.एफ. द्वारा एवं अन्य राज्यों से भी गिरफ्तारी की जा रही है, युवाशक्ति के हितों को सर्वोपरि रखते हुए अपराध और भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ यह मुहिम जारी रहेगी, उन्होंने कहा कि युवाओं के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ करने वाले किसी भी दोषी को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा, उन्होंने कहा कैबिनेट में समूहग एवं अन्य पदों हेतु पारदर्शिता के साथ परीक्षा आयोजित कराए जाने के लिए उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा आयोग को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। विधायक शिव अरोड़ा ने मेधावी विद्यार्थियों की हौसला अफजाई की। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रतिभावान विद्यार्थियों को उनकी मेहनत, लगन व संकल्प के आधार पर उपलब्धि मिली है, उन्होंने कहा कि पूर्ण मनुष्य वह हैं जो केवल स्वयं तक ही सीमित न रहे बल्कि सामाजिक दायित्वों का भी निर्वहन करते हैं, समाज सेवा करते हैं और अच्छे नागरिक बनते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी युगपुरुष, विश्व के सर्वाधिक लोकप्रिय प्रधानमंत्री हैं तथा मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी देश के सबसे लोकप्रिय मुख्यमंत्री हैं। उन्होंने वर्तमान सरकार के कार्यकाल के दौरान रुद्रपुर शहर मिली बड़ी सौगातों के बारे में जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि कि मंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की दूरदर्शी विकासशील सोच के कारण रू. ५० करोड़ की लागत से उत्तर भारत की पहली मल्टी स्टोरी पार्किंग बहुत जल्द रुद्रपुर में बनने जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि रुद्रपुर में जलभराव की स्थिति से स्थाई निजात दिलाने के लिए सर्वे के आदेश दिए थे, जिसका १ सितंबर को टेंडर हो चुका है, शीघ्र ही रुद्रपुर को जलभराव से भी निजात मिलेगी। उन्होंने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री के सार्थक प्रयासों से अब शहर को जाम से भी निजात मिलने वाली है क्योंकि ८२१ करोड रुपए से शीघ्र ही रुद्रपुर बाईपास का निर्माण होने जा रहा है। इस दौरान पूर्व विधायक राजेश शुक्ला, भाजपा जिलाध्यक्ष विवेक सक्सेना, मेयर रामपाल सिंह, प्रदेश मंत्री भाजपा विकास शर्मा, वसुंधरा दीप निदेशक उज्जवल गगनेजा, पूर्व सांसद बलराज पासी, पूर्व दर्जा राज्यमंत्री सुरेश परिहार, डीआईजी निलेश आनन्द भरणे, जिलाधिकारी युगल किशोर पंत, एसएसपी मंजूनाथ टी.सी एवं अन्य लोग मौजूद रहे।
