देहरादून (सू0 वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शुक्रवार को चमोली जिले के आपदा प्रभावित क्षेत्रों का जायजा लेने के बाद कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों के साथ आपदा राहत कार्यो की समीक्षा की।
उन्होंने अवरूद्व मार्गो, क्षतिग्रस्त बिजली और पेयजल लाईनों को जल्द से जल्द बहाल करने तथा आपदा पीडित परिवारों तक हर संभव मदद पहुॅचाने के निर्देश दिए अधिकारियों को दिए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को निर्देश दिए कि आपदा प्रभावित सभी क्षेत्रों में मेडिकल सुविधा एवं दवाइंया पहुॅचाना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि लोगों के जीवन को बचाने के लिए पूरे प्रदेश में एयर एंबुलेंस की व्यवस्था की गई है। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि गैस सिलेण्डर फटने से जिला अस्पताल गोपेश्वर में भर्ती गंभीर घायलों को आज ही एयर एम्बलेंस से हायर सेंटर रेफर किया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आपदा राहत कार्यो में संसाधनों की कोई कमी नही होने दी जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि अतिवृष्टि के कारण जो भी सड़के अवरूद्व हुई है उनको जल्द से जल्द बहाल करें। इसके लिए यदि अतिरिक्त जेसीबी मशीन या कही पर जेसीबी मशीन एयर लिफ्ट करने की आवश्यकता है तो संज्ञान में लाया जाए। जिन क्षेत्रों में विद्युत एवं पेयजल लाईनें क्षतिग्रस्त हुई है उनको तत्काल सुचारू किया जाए। प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में खाद्यान्न की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करें। जिन क्षेत्रों में दूरसंचार व्यवस्था बाधित हुई है वहां पर वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था के तौर पर डब्लूएलएल फोन की व्यवस्था की जाए। लोक निर्माण विभाग को आगामी 7 नवंबर तक सभी सड़कों को गढडा मुक्त बनाने के निर्देश भी दिए। कहा कि इसमें किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही न की जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने आपदा में त्वरित कार्यवाही के लिए जिला प्रशासन के कार्यो की सराहना भी की। कहा कि आपदा में सभी ने अच्छा कार्य किया है। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने बद्रीनाथ में मास्टर प्लान के तहत संचालित कार्यो के बारे में भी जानकारी ली। बैठक से पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री ने गोपेश्वर जिला अस्पताल पहुॅचकर यहां पर भर्ती मरीजों का हाल भी जाना।
जिलाधिकारी ने मुख्यमंत्री को चमोली जिले में आपदा से हुऐ नुकसान और संचालित राहत व बचाव कार्यों की जानकारी दी।
