-मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने विधानसभा सत्र में प्रतिभाग करते हुए बङी सौगात दी है। उन्होंने सदन में अनेक महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएं कीं।
ऊर्जा विभाग
देहरादून (सू0वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ऊर्जा विभाग के अंतर्गत विद्युत बिलों के फिक्स्ड चार्ज को 03 माह हेतु छूट प्रदान की जायेगी। इससे लगभग 2,24,604 लोग लाभान्वित होंगे जिस पर अनुमानित व्यय राशि रू0 2463.81 लाख होगी। विद्युत बिलों के विलम्ब भुगतान अधिभार पर 03 माह के लिए छूट प्रदान की जायेगी। इस पर लगभग रू0 3642.00 लाख का व्यय भार आएगा।
परिवहन विभाग
परिवहन विभाग के अंतर्गत सेवायान कर में 06 माह के लिए छूट प्रदान की जायेगी। इसमें लाभार्थियों की अनुमानित संख्या 96380 है जबकि अनुमानित व्यय भार रू0 7580.00 लाख होगा। पंजीकरण प्रमाण पत्र, फिटनेस, परमिट, ड्राइविंग लाइसेन्स आदि के नवीनीकरण पर विलंब शुल्क पर 06 माह लिए छूट प्रदान की जायेगी। इस पर अनुमानित व्यय भार रू0 3250.00 लाख आएगा।
शहरी विकास विभाग
शहरी विकास विभाग के अंतर्गत पर्यावरण मित्रों को रू0 2000 की प्रोत्साहन धनराशि 05 माह तक प्रदान की जायेगी। इससे लगभग 8300 पर्यावरण मित्र लाभान्वित होंगे। इस पर लगभग रू0 830.00 लाख का व्यय भार आएगा।
पी०एम० स्वनिधि में पंजीकृत सभी लाभार्थियों को 05 माह तक 2-2 हजार रूपये की आर्थिक सहायता दी जायेगी। इसमें लाभार्थियों की अनुमानित संख्या 25000 है तथा अनुमानित व्यय भार रू0 2500.00 लाख होगा।
पेयजल विभाग
पेयजल विभाग के अंतर्गत राज्य के समस्त जल / सीवर उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा 31 दिसम्बर, 2021 तक अवशेष देयों का एकमुश्त भुगतान करने की दशा में विलम्ब शुल्क की राशि शत प्रतिशत माफ किया जायेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में आशा कार्यकत्रियों ने बहुत महत्वपूर्ण योगदान किया है। कोविड की विषम परिस्थितियों में उन्होंने जिस प्रकार से काम किया है, वह प्रशंसनीय है। हम आशा बहनों को पांच माह तक 2-2 हजार रूपये प्रतिमाह दे रहे हैं। साथ ही एक-एक टेबलेट भी दिया जाएगा। आशा बहनों की समस्याओं को दूर करने के लिए सरकार पूरी तरह संवेदनशील है।
