देहरादून (संवाददाता) । मंगलवार को भारतीय जनता पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा मसूरी विधायक गणेश जोशी के जन्मदिवस (31 जनवरी) तक आयोजित सेवा पखवाड़ा में तहत देहरादून के वार्ड-08 किशन नगर के राजेन्द्र नगर में सिलांई मशीन एवं कम्बल वितरित किये। यह कार्यक्रम स्थानीय पार्षद नंदनी शर्मा द्वारा आयोजित किया गया था। इस अवसर पर लौहारवाला की राधा देवी, गुल्जार एवं शांति देवी को सिंलाई मशीन भेंट की गई। गरीब महिलाओं को सिलांई मशीन एवं कम्बल वितरित करने के बाद कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित करते हुए निर्मला जोशी ने कहा कि सैययद मौहल्ला, लौहारवाला एवं राजेन्द्र नगर के लोगों को सहयोग हमें हमेशा से ही मिलता रहा है। उन्होनें कहा कि पार्षद द्वारा आयोजित सिलांई मशीन वितरण कार्यक्रम स्किल इण्डिया प्रोग्राम को देखते हुए भी अति महत्तपूर्ण है। जहां एक ओर सिंलाई मशीन के वितरण से महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार प्राप्त होगा वही दूसरी ओर केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा आयोजित स्किल इण्डिया कार्यक्रम को भी बल मिलेगा। स्थानीय पार्षद नंदनी शर्मा ने बताया कि वार्ड के भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा विधायक जोशी के जन्मदिवस तक आयोजित सेवा पखवाड़ा में तहत मनाते हुए आज जरुरतमंद लोगों को 500 से अधिक कम्बल वितरण एवं 3 महिलाओं को सिंलाई मशीन वितरित किये गये। उन्होनें कहा कि सिंलाई मशीन उन लोगों को दी गई है, जो उनकी स्वयं की कला में अपने स्वरोजगार को बढ़ावा देगी। इसके अतिरिक्त, महिलाऐं अपने परिवार का पालन-पोषण भी सरलता से कर सकेंगी। उन्होनें विधायक गणेश जोशी को जन्मदिवस की शुभकामनाऐं प्रेषित करते हुए उनकी दीर्घायु और उत्तम स्वास्थ्य की कामना की। इस अवसर पर भाजपा महिला मोर्चा की पूर्व महानगर अध्यक्ष कंचन ठाकुर, महिला मोर्चा की वार्ड अध्यक्ष छोटी देवी, प्रदीप रावत, संदीप कुमार, मुन्नी देवी, शिवकुमारी वर्मा, नरेन्द्र कोठारी, रामहेट, बिन्दु, भारती देवी आदि उपस्थित रहे।
