नयी दिल्ली । फिल्म पद्मावत की टीम के लिए मंगलवार का दिन एक और राहत लेकर आया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश सरकार की फिल्म पर रोक लगाने के लिए दायर पुनर्विचार याचिका खारिज करते हुए अपने आदेश में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया। कोर्ट ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि सभी राज्यों को सर्वोच्च अदालत के फैसले का सम्मान करना चाहिए और इसका पालन कराना राज्य सरकारों की जिम्मेदारी है। राजस्थान सरकार का पक्ष रख रहे अडिशनल सलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने कहा कि हम कोर्ट से फिल्म पद्मावत पर रोक लगाने के लिए नहीं सिर्फ आदेश में कुछ बदलाव की अनुमति देने की मांग कर रहे हैं। चीफ जस्टिस दीपक मिश्रा की अगुआई वाली तीन जजों की बेंच ने कहा, लोगों को यह समझना होगा कि यहां एक संवैधानिक संस्था है और वैसे भी हमने इस संबंध में आदेश पारित कर दिया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए तीखी टिप्पणी की। तीन जजों की बेंच ने कहा कि राज्यों ने यह बिना मतलब की समस्या खुद पैदा की है और इसके लिए वही जिम्मेदार हैं। राज्य सरकारों की जिम्मेदारी है कि अपने क्षेत्र में कानून-व्यवस्था बहाल करें। बता दें कि दोनों राज्य सरकारों ने फिल्म पद्मावत के प्रदर्शन की अनुमति देने के उसके 18 जनवरी के आदेश को वापस लेने की मांग की गई थी। दोनों राज्य सरकारों ने इस आधार पर शीर्ष अदालत से अपना पिछला आदेश वापस लेने की मांग की थी कि इससे इन राज्यों में कानून व्यवस्था की समस्या पैदा होगी। शीर्ष अदालत ने फिल्म के प्रदर्शन पर गुजरात, हरियाणा उत्तर प्रदेश और राजस्थान जैसे राज्यों द्वारा लगाए गए प्रतिबंध को 18 जनवरी को हटाकर 25 जनवरी को देश भर में इसे प्रदर्शित किए जाने का रास्ता साफ कर दिया था। फिल्म निर्माता वायकॉम 18 की तरफ से वरिष्ठ वकील हरीश साल्वे ने याचिकाओं पर अविलंब सुनवाई का विरोध किया था। उन्होंने कहा था कि शीर्ष अदालत के आदेश के बावजूद जिस तरह से चीजें हो रही हैं वह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। दो संगठन श्री राष्ट्रीय राजपूत करणी सेना और अखिल भारतीय क्षत्रिय महासभा भी फिल्म का लगातार विरोध कर रहे हैं। कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद भी करणी सेना का कहना है कि अगर सिनेमाघरों में फिल्म प्रदर्शित हुई तो सबको भुगतना होगा।
