रायपुर (जनसंपर्क विभाग)। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने आज भिलाई नगर पलिक निगम क्षेत्र में स्थित हुडको में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में 3 करोड़ 91 लाख रुपए की लागत के 8 विकास कार्यों का भूमिपूजन किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि नगर के विकास के लिए सरकार योजनाबद्ध तरीके से काम कर रही है। विकास कार्य में किसी प्रकार की कमी नहीं आने दी जाएगी। जनता की मांगे प्राथमिकता के साथ पूरी की जाएगी। कार्यक्रम में वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्री श्री मोहम्मद अकबर एवं विधायक देवेंद्र यादव उपस्थित थे।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल ने इससे पूर्व कार्यक्रम स्थल पर स्थित भगवान श्री राम और हनुमान की पूजा अर्चना कर प्रदेशवासियों की खुशहाली एवं सुख-समृद्धि की कामना की। मुख्यमंत्री ने कोरोनाकाल के दौरान जान गंवाने वाले लोगों के प्रति संवेदना प्रकट की और कहा कि इस संकटकाल में आम जनता, अधिकारियों एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों ने मिलकर सामना किया। उन्होंने कहा की ऐसे बच्चे जिनके माता-पिता को कोरोना काल के दौरान जान गंवाई थी, उनके लिए महतारी दुलार योजना के तहत 500 रूपए की छात्रवृत्ति प्रति माह दी जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने 56 लाख बीपीएल कार्ड एवं 10 लाख एपीएल कार्ड लोगों को जारी किए हैं और उसे आधार से लिंक करवाया है ताकि सही व्यक्ति के पास राशन पहुंच सके। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि धनवंतरी जेनेरिक मेडिकल स्टोर योजना के तहत कम कीमतों पर दवाई उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है। सरकार ने फ्री होल्ड, रजिस्ट्री दर में कमी और शहरी क्षेत्र में छोटे भूखंड की रजिस्ट्री की सुविधा दी है, जिसका लाभ नगर के विकास में हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि हुडको मैदान में डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर सर्व समाज मांगलिक भवन बनने से शादी और अन्य कार्यक्रम के लिए लोगों को सुविधा हो जाएगी।
वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्री श्री मोहम्मद अकबर ने कहा कि सरकार राज्य के विकास के लिए पूरी तन्मयता से काम कर रही है। छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने अपने वादे के अनुरूप किसानों को कर्जा माफ किया, पूरे देश में पहला यूनिवर्सल पीडीएस सिस्टम छत्तीसगढ़ में लागू है। सरकार ने सबको राशन देने के अपने वचन को निभाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार इस सत्र में एक करोड़ पांच लाख मीटरिक टन धान की खरीदी करेगी। नगर के विकास के लिए राशि की कमी नहीं की जाएगी। कार्यक्रम को विधायक देवेन्द्र यादव ने भी संबोधित किया।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल ने इस अवसर पर 3 करोड़ 91 लाख रूपए की लागत वाले 8 विकासकार्यों का भूमिपूजन किया, जिसमे हॉस्पिटल सेक्टर से लगी हुडको मैदान 3 करोड़ रूपए की लागत से बनने वाले डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर सर्व समाज मांगलिक भवन निर्माण कार्य के अलावा वार्ड 70 में शारदा संघ के संस्था प्रांगण में शेड निर्माण, पेवल ब्लाक एवं बोर खनन कार्य लागत 8 लाख रूपए, वार्ड 70 अन्नपूर्णा मंदिर प्रांगण के समीप पेवल ब्लाक लगाने का कार्य लागत 4 लाख रूपए, वार्ड 67 सेक्टर 08 सड़क 05 में व्हालीवाल कोर्ट निर्माण कार्य लागत 10 लाख रूपए, वार्ड 67 सेक्टर 08 सड़क 10 में बैडमिंटन कोर्ट निर्माण कार्य लागत 10 लाख रूपए, वार्ड 67 सेक्टर 08 सड़क 12 में गार्डन व बैंडमिंटन कोर्ट निर्माण कार्य लागत 15 लाख रूपए, जोन 01 अंतर्गत हुडको एवं सेक्टर 08 के विभिन्न स्थानों पर पेवन ब्लाक लगाने का कार्य लागत 25 लाख एवं वार्ड 70 हुडको तालाब में पचरी निर्माण एवं प्रकाश व्यवस्था कार्य 19 लाख रूपए शामिल है। इस अवसर पर अंत्यावसायी विकास निगम की उपाध्यक्ष सुश्री नीता लोधी, सहित अन्य जनप्रतिनिधि के अलावा भारी संख्या में लोग उपस्थित थे।’
