देहरादून (सू0वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शुक्रवार को सर्वे ऑफ इण्डिया ग्राउण्ड, हाथीबड़कला में आयोजित च्च्लखपति दीदी मेला कार्यक्रम में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि प्रतिभाग किया। राज्य स्थापना दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में यह कार्यक्रम ग्राम्य विकास विभाग द्वारा आयोजित किया गया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने स्वयं सहायता समूह के माध्यम से एक वर्ष में एक लाख रुपए से अधिक की आय अर्जित करने वाली महिलाओं को च्च्लखपति दीदी के रूप में सम्मानित किया। प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण के तहत लाभार्थियों को चेक भी प्रदान किये गये। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने इस अवसर पर प्रदेशवासियों को लोकपर्व इगास और बूढ़ी दिवाली की हार्दिक बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं दी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने फैसला लिया है कि वर्ष 2025 में जब हमारा राज्य अपनी स्थापना का रजत जयंती वर्ष माना रहा होगा, तब तक हम अपने प्रदेश की सवा लाख महिलाओं को लखपति दीदी बनाने का कार्य करेंगे। यह प्रयास निश्चित रूप से महिलाओं के आर्थिक विकास को गति देने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि समाज में महिला शक्ति की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती है। महिला सशक्तीकरण के बिना एक आदर्श समाज की कल्पना नहीं की जा सकती है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार महिलाओं को आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम बनाने के लिए अनेक प्रयास कर रही हैं। महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को 05 लाख रूपये तक का ऋण बिना ब्याज के दिया जा रहा है। स्वयं सहायता समूहों को जोड़कर स्थानीय उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए अनेक प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सीमांत गांव माणा में प्रवास के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने वोकल फॉर लोकल को बढ़ावा देने के लिए चारधाम यात्रा पर आने वाले सभी देशवासियों एवं श्रद्धालुओं से आह्वाहन किया कि अपने यात्रा खर्चे का ५ प्रतिशत धनराशि उत्तराखण्ड के स्थानीय उत्पादों पर खर्च करें। इससे हमारे स्थानीय उत्पादों को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा और मातृ शक्ति की आजीविका में भी तेजी से वृद्धि होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों के माध्यम से महिलाओं को आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाने के लिए हमेशा से प्रतिबद्ध रहे हैं। आत्मनिर्भर भारत में मातृशक्ति का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान होगा। मातृभूमि और मातृशक्ति के सर्वागीण विकास के प्रति सजगता का अनूठा उदाहरण यदि किसी ने दिया है तो वह आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने दिया है। उनके नेतृत्व और मार्गदर्शन में महिला उत्थान की भावना को सर्वोपरि रखते हुए उज्ज्वला योजना, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना जैसी विशेष योजनाओं पर तेजी से काम किया जा रहा है। जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप आज महिलाओं के जीवन स्तर में व्यापक सुधार हुआ है। प्रधानमंत्री जी के मार्गदर्शन में डबल इंजन की सरकार द्वारा राज्य में ऐसी अनेक योजनाओं का क्रियान्वयन किया गया है, जिससे हर वर्ग के लोगों को आज स्वरोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध हो रहे हैं। ग्राम्य विकास मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार महिला सशक्तीकरण की दिशा में तेजी से कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि मातृ शक्ति सशक्त होगी तो पूरा समाज सशक्त होगा। लखपति दीदी योजना के माध्यम से राज्य की मातृ शक्ति को आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाने के लिए हर प्रयास किये जायेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में राज्य में अनेक जन कल्याणकारी योजनाएं चलाई जा रही हैं। केन्द्र एवं राज्य सरकार की योजनाओं का आम जन तक अधिक से अधिक लाभ पहुंचे, इसके लिए हर संभव प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। ग्राम्य विकास विभाग के माध्यम से महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को सशक्त बनाने के लिए अनेक प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। इस अवसर पर कैबिनेट मंत्री प्रेमचन्द अग्रवाल, भाजपा की प्रदेश मंत्री नीरू देवी, रेशम फेडरेशन के अध्यक्ष अजीत चैधरी, पूर्व दर्जा धारी कैलाश पंत, अपर मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन, सचिव बी.वी.आर.सी पुरूषोत्तम, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी देहरादून सुश्री झरना कमठान एवं अन्य गणमान्य उपस्थित थे।
