हरिद्वार (संवाददाता)। पुलिस ने बाइक चोरी के आरोप में दो युवकों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया है। आरोप है कि दोनों युवकों ने बाबा रामदेव की कंपनी पतंजलि पदार्था से बाइक चोरी की थी।पुलिस के मुताबिक राम निवास पुत्र बिजेंद्र सिंह निवासी कलीसिया थाना खानपुर पतंजलि फैक्ट्री में काम करता है। रोज की तरह राम निवास बीती 30 अक्तूबर को बाइक से कंपनी आया। अपनी बाइक को गेट के नजदीक फैक्ट्री पार्किंग में खड़ा किया। देर शाम जब वह छुट्टी के समय घर जाने के लिये बाइक लेने पहुंचा तो वहां से बाइक गायब थी। पीडि़त ने फेरुपुर चौकी में बाइक चोरी की तहरीर दी। तहरीर के आधार पर पुलिस ने अज्ञात में मुकदमा दर्ज कर आरोपी की तलाश शुरू की थी।मंगलवार सुबह पुलिस ने दो आरोपियों को सीसीटीवी फुटेज के आधार पर बाइक चोरी के आरोप में शाहपुर तिराहे पथरी से गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस पूछताछ में आरोपियों ने अपना नाम सोनू पुत्र शेर सिंह, कपिल पुत्र बीर सिंह निवासी दुमनपुरी खानपुर बताया है। आरोपी बाइक चोरी कर पुर्जों को खोलकर बेचा करते थे। आरोपियों के बताए स्थान से पुलिस ने बाइक के कुछ पुर्जे बरामद कर लिए हैं। फेरुपुर चौकी प्रभारी देवेंद्र सिंह तोमर में बताया दोनों आरोपियों को जेल भेजा गया है।
