रायपुर (जनसंपर्क विभाग)। आदिम जाति तथा अनुसूचित जाति विकास, पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अल्पसंख्यक विकास विभाग के मंत्री मोहन मरकाम ने आज जिला कार्यालय बिलासपुर के सभाकक्ष में बिलासपुर संभाग के अधिकारियों की बैठक लेकर विभागीय कामकाज में प्रगति की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने वन अधिकार अधिनियम के तहत व्यक्तिगत, सामुदायिक अधिकार पत्र के साथ-साथ ऋण पुस्तिका के वितरण में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने विशेष पिछड़ी जनजाति के लोगों की आजीविका मजबूत करने के लिए मनरेगा और अन्य योजनाओं से उन्हें रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने कहा। मंत्री मरकाम ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल की मंशानुरूप अनुसूचित जाति तथा अनुसूचित जनजाति के लोगों को विभागीय योजनाओं से शत प्रतिशत लाभान्वित करना है। उन्होंने इसके लिए समन्वित प्रयास पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने देवस्थल में देवगुड़ी का निर्माण जल्द करने के निर्देश दिए। मरकाम ने ०९ अगस्त को विश्व आदिवासी दिवस पर जिला स्तर पर कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर वन अधिकार पत्रों का वृहद पैमाने पर वितरण करने और शिविर लगाकर हितग्राहियों को लाभान्वित करने के निर्देश दिए। मरकाम ने जिलों में आश्रम-छात्रावासों के उचित रखरखाव और अन्य आधारभूत सुविधाओं के विकास पर ध्यान देने के निर्देश सहायक आयुक्तों को दिए। बच्चों की सुरक्षा पर विशेष ध्यान देने कहा। मंत्री मरकाम ने छात्रावास के मरम्मत कार्यो को प्राथकिता से जल्द पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि इसमें किसी भी प्रकार की कोताही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। एकलव्य आदर्श आवासीय विद्यालय और प्रयास आवासीय विद्यालयों की भी समीक्षा की। बैठक में मरम्मत एवं निर्माण कार्य में भौतिक एवं वित्तीय प्रगति, प्रधानमंत्री आदर्श ग्राम योजना, विशेष केंद्रीय सहायता से अनुसूचित जनजाति उपयोजना की भी प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई। प्रधानमंत्री आदर्श ग्राम योजना के तहत स्वीकृत कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए मुंगेली और जांजगीर की प्रगति पर असंतोष व्यक्त करते हुए इसे जल्द पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में सचिव आदिम जाति तथा अनुसूचित जनजाति विभाग डीडी सिंह, आयुक्त शम्मी आबिदी सहित विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी, जिलों के सहायक आयुक्त एवं जनपद पंचायतों के सीईओ मौजूद थे।
