देहरादून (सू० वि०)। मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने ई-संवाद कार्यक्रम में राज्य के छात्र-छात्राओं को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि देशभक्ति सभी सद्गुणों की जननी होती है। जिस भी क्षेत्र में अपना भविष्य बनाएं, उसका उद्देश्य देशभक्ति होनी चाहिए। जो भी कैरियर बनाएं, मकसद एक ही होना चाहिए कि देश के लिए कुछ करना चाहते हैं।
*लक्ष्य पूर्ति तक आराम नहीं*

*उच्च स्तरीय शिक्षण संस्थानों की स्थापना*
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश में शिक्षा का मात्रात्मक प्रसार काफी हुआ है। अब विशेष तौर पर उच्च शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में क्वालिटी एजुकेशन पर ध्यान देना होगा। आज का युग कड़ी प्रतिस्पर्धा का है। उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों को वर्तमान और भविष्य की आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप बदलना होगा। इसी सोच के साथ सीपैट और ड्रोन एप्लीकेशन सेंटर की स्थापना की गई। इसके अलावा नेशनल लाॅ यूनिवर्सिटी भी प्रारम्भ की जाएगी। जल्द ही नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट आॅफ स्किल डेवलपमेंट भी शुरू किया जाएगा। उत्तराखण्ड में स्नातकोत्तर और रिसर्च के लिए आवासीय साईंस काॅलेज की स्थापना पर भी विचार किया जा रहा है। राज्य में एक विद्यालय प्रतिभावान बच्चों के लिए खोला जाएगा। इसमें कक्षा ६ से १२ तक संचालित की जाएंगी। इसमें राज्य स्तरीय परीक्षा के बाद प्रवेश दिया जाएगा। आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम परिवारों के बच्चों से शुल्क लिया जाएगा जबकि निर्धन व प्रतिभावान बच्चों के लिए शिक्षा निशुल्क होगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह देखकर बहुत प्रसन्न्ता होती है कि आज के बच्चे अपने कैरियर के संबंध में बहुत जागरूक हैं। उन्हें पता है कि किस क्षेत्र में भविष्य बनाना है। ई-संवाद में बच्चों ने अपनी बातें कहीं हैं। कोई डाक्टर बनना चाहता है तो कोई इंजीनियर और कोई सिविल सर्विसेज में जाना चाहता है। इसी प्रकार किसी ने वैज्ञानिक बनने की बात कही है। एक ने फाईन आर्ट में कैरियर बनाने की इच्छा व्यक्त की है। कोई शिक्षक बनकर और कोई सेना में जाकर देश की सेवा करना चाहता है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बच्चे पूर्ण मनोयाग से आगे बढ़ें और मेहनत करें। जरूरत पड़ने पर सरकार और समाज से आवश्यक सहयोग मिलेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि चमोली जिले के एक बच्चे का सेलेक्शन लंदन स्कूल आॅफ आर्टस में हुआ। उसे वहां भेजने की व्यवस्था की गई। इसी प्रकार निर्धन परिवार की एक छात्रा पढ़ाई के लिए न्यूजीलैंड जाना चाहती थी। पता चलने पर इसकी भी व्यवस्था की गई। जो भी पाना चाहते हैं, उसकी पूरी तैयारी करें। जब मदद की जरूरत पड़े, तो बताएं। सरकार के साथ ही व्यक्तिगत तौर पर भी लोग मदद के लिए आते हैं।
