देहरादून (सू0वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बुधवार को राजपुर रोड स्थित होटल में औद्योगिक संस्थानों एवं संगठनों के साथ आयोजित संवाद कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि राज्य सरकार सरलीकरण, समाधान व निस्तारण के मंत्र को लेकर काम कर रही है। हम उद्योगों से जुड़े लोगों की समस्याओं का सरलीकरण कर समाधान करेंगे और साथ ही उनकी समस्याओं का निस्तारण भी होगा। उद्योगों की संतुष्टि का हमारा प्रयास है। उत्तराखंड में जितने भी उद्योग स्थापित हुए है, उनकी समस्याओं को दूर कर उन्हें विकास और ग्रोथ के हर अवसर दिए जाएँगे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि स्व. अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी द्वारा राज्य को दिये गये औद्योगिक पैकेज से प्रदेश में बड़ी संख्या में उद्योगों की स्थापना हुई है। भविष्य में राज्य में और अधिक उद्योग स्थापित हों इसके लिये हमारे उद्यमी ही हमारे ब्राण्ड एम्बेसडर रहेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में देश-विदेश से उद्योगपति आये इसमें हमारे उद्यमियों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। राज्य का वातावरण पूर्णतः उद्योगों के अनुकूल है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सम्पूर्ण देश में भी यह संदेश जाना चाहिए कि उत्तराखंड उद्योगों के लिए एक श्रेष्ठ डेस्टिनेशन है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार और उद्योगपतियों के बीच लगातार संवाद कायम रहेगा।
उन्होंने कहा की प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी हमेशा उत्तराखंड के विकास को प्राथमिकता देते हैं। आज उत्तराखंड में सड़कों का जाल बिछाया जा रहा है। परिवहन, कनेक्टिविटी और इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर के क्षेत्र में उत्तराखंड में तेजी से काम हो रहा है। कोरोना काल मे हर किसी के लिए समस्या पैदा हुई। लेकिन सरकार ने कोविड प्रभावित अर्थव्यवस्था को मज़बूती देने के लिए कई निर्णय लिए है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आने वाले 10 सालों में उद्योग के क्षेत्र में उत्तराखंड देश का नंबर वन राज्य बने, इसके लिये हम प्रयासरत हैं। इसमें उद्योगों को भी सहयोगी बनना होगा। राज्य सरकार सभी के सहयोग के लिये है। अधिक से अधिक रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराने के लिये भी बड़ी संख्या में उद्योगों की स्थापना जरूरी है। इसके लिये जो बेहतर होगा वह किया जायेगा। राज्य के सभी क्षेत्रों के साथ ही राष्ट्रीय राजधानी के लिये सड़क एवं हवाई सेवाओं की बेहतर सुविधा उपलब्ध करायी जा रही है।
राज्य में उद्योगों की बेहतरी के लिये ऊर्जा, चिकित्सा, परिवहन, राजस्व, वन आदि विभागों को आपसी समन्वय से कार्य करने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में कोरोना से बचाव के लिये हेल्थ इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर की मजबूती पर ध्यान दिया गया है। आगामी दिसम्बर तक राज्य के सभी लोगों का वैक्सीनेशन कर दिया जायेगा। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने उद्योग विभाग के वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन का भी विमोचन किया।
उद्योग मंत्री श्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि प्रदेश के विकास में उद्योगों की बड़ी भूमिका है। बड़ी संख्या में उद्योग रोजगार के भी माध्यम हैं। राज्य सरकार उद्योगों के हित में निरंतर प्रयासरत है। उद्योगों से आपसी संवाद के माध्यम से उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान किया जायेगा। यह प्रक्रिया निरंतर चलती रहेगी।
मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस.एस. सन्धु ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार संवेदनशीलता के साथ उद्योगों के हित में कार्य कर रहे है। खनन आदि नीतियों को पब्लिक डोमेन में डाला जा रहा है, ताकि सभी के सुझावों पर ध्यान देते हुए बेहतर नीतियां तैयार हो सके। उन्होंने कहा कि उद्योगों के हित में सेल्फ सर्टिफिकेशन की व्यवस्था 10 साल के लिये की जा रही है। उद्योगों को भी विश्वास एवं ईमानदारी का वातावरण बनाने में सहयोगी बनना होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि औद्योगिक संगठनों द्वारा दिये गये सुझावों पर शीघ्र कार्यवाही कर समस्याओं का समाधान किया जायेगा।
सचिव उद्योग श्रीमती राधिका झा ने औद्योगिक संगठनों से हुई वार्ता का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि प्राप्त सुझावों के निराकरण का प्रयास किया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि मेगा इंडस्ट्रियल पॉलिसी, एक्सपोर्ट पॉलिसी, टेक्सटाइल पॉलिसी के साथ ही अवस्थापना विकास, पर्यावरण व राजस्व से सम्बन्धित समस्याओं के समाधान के लिये जिला उद्योग मित्र तथा सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम को भी प्रभावी बनाया जायेगा।
इस संवाद कार्यक्रम में पीएचडीसीसीआई, केजीसीसीआई, सीआईआई, आईएयू सिडकुल मैन फोर्स एसोसिएशन, टूरिज्म एसोसिएशन आदि के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे। सभी ने इस प्रकार के प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए राज्य सरकार का सहयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार का सहयोग का आश्वासन दिया।
इस अवसर पर अपर मुख्य सचिव श्री आनन्द बर्द्धन, सचिव श्री अमित नेगी, श्री शैलेश बगोली, श्री नितेश झा, श्री सचिन कुर्वे, श्री बी.वी.आर.सी. पुरुषोत्तम आदि उपस्थित थे।
