देहरादून (सू0 वि0)। रिंग रोड स्थित सूचना भवन में आयोजित पांच दिवसीय ‘फिल्म एप्रिसियेशन कोर्स’ का विधान सभा अध्यक्ष श्री प्रेमचन्द्र अग्रवाल की उपस्थिति में समापन हुआ। समापन कार्यक्रम में विधान सभा अध्यक्ष श्री अग्रवाल द्वारा सभी प्रतिभागियों को प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किये गये। कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित करते हुए विधान सभा अध्यक्ष श्री प्रेम चन्द्र अग्रवाल ने कहा कि यह एक सराहनीय प्रयास है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस प्रकार की कार्यशाला हमारे युवाओं के लिए मील का पत्थर साबित होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा फिल्म निर्माताओं को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा फिल्मों की शूटिंग के लिए शूटिंग शुल्क को समाप्त कर दिया गया है। श्री अग्रवाल ने कहा एफ.टी.आई. पुणे के सहयोग से पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में भी इस प्रकार कोर्स संचालित करने चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके लिए राज्य सरकार हर संभव सहयोग प्रदान करेगी। इस कार्यशाला में देवभूमि में विभिन्न राज्यों से आये छात्र-छात्राएं प्रतिभाग कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड देवभूमि के साथ ही आध्यात्म की भूमि भी
है। हमारे यहां प्रकृति की मनोरम छठा है। कार्यशाला को सम्बोधित करते हुए एफ.टी.आई. पुणे से आये फिल्म एप्रिसियेशन कोर्स के निदेशक श्री पंकज सक्सेना ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड में पांच दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन सफल रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि एफ.टी.आई. पुणे इस प्रकार की कार्यशाला विभिन्न स्थानों पर करता रहा है। उत्तराखण्ड में फिल्मों की शूटिंग के लिए अनुकूल माहौल है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस प्रकार की कार्यशाला युवाओं के लिए काफी लाभप्रद होगी। भविष्य में भी उत्तराखण्ड में इस प्रकार के अन्य कार्यशाला आयोजित की जायेगी। एफ.टी.आई. पुणे से आये एसोसियेट प्रोफेसर डाॅ० जी०बी० सिंह ने फिल्म एवं टेलीविजन संस्थान, पुणे में विभिन्न पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश संबंधी जानकारी दी। फिल्म निर्माता श्री अविनाश पोखरियाल ने फिल्म निर्माण एवं स्क्रीप राइटिंग विषय पर विस्तृत जानकारी दी। सूचना विभाग के अपर निदेशक डाॅ० अनिल चन्दोला ने कार्यशाला में प्रतिभाग करने आये सभी प्रतिभागियों का धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा फिल्म निर्माताओं को विभिन्न प्रकार की सुविधाएं दी जा रही है। उन्होंने एफ.टी.आई. पुणे को धन्यवाद दिया कि उनके द्वारा देहरादून में कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया।
