देहरादून (सू0वि0)। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सचिवालय में बैठक लेते हुए अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि राज्य में महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के साथ ही महिला सशक्तीकरण पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। महिलाएं रोजगार एवं स्वरोगार से अधिक संख्या में जुड़े, इस दिशा में सभी विभागों को मिलकर प्रयास करने हैं। महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं महिला सुरक्षा की दिशा में राज्य में इस तरह से प्रयास किये जाए कि देवभूमि का संदेश देशभर में जाए। यह निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री ने महिला श्रमिकों की सुरक्षा एवं सशक्तिकरण की बैठक के दौरान अधिकारियों को दिये। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि महिला कामगारों की सुरक्षा के लिए विभागीय स्तर पर भी ठोस योजना बनाई जाए। पुलिस हेल्प डेस्क और हेल्पलाईन नम्बर 112 को और मजबूत बनाया जाए। नियमों के तहत महिलाओं को जो मातृत्व अवकाश का प्राविधान है, यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि नियमानुसार सभी महिलाओं को ये सुविधाएं मिले। संस्थानों में भी महिलाओं के लिए हेल्प डेस्क बनाया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ऐसी व्यवस्था की जाए कि विभिन्न संस्थानों में कार्य करने वाली महिलाओं के रजिस्ट्रेशन की व्यवस्था हो। इसके लिए पुलिस, श्रम एवं संबंधित विभागों द्वारा सिस्टम विकसित किया जाए। महिला उत्पीड़न को रोकने के लिए जनपद स्तर पर गठित कमेटी की नियमित बैठकें हों। कार्य स्थल पर यौन उत्पीड़न की शिकायतों का प्रभावी निदान के लिए शी बॉक्स (सेक्सुअल हैरसमेंट इलेक्ट्रानिक बॉक्स) के बारे में आम जन को जानकारी हो, इसका व्यापक प्रचारप्रसार किया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सभी विभाग टीम भावना से कार्य करें। अपनेअपने विभागों की कार्यप्रणाली में बेहतर सुधार हो, इस दिशा में सबको ध्यान देने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि बाल श्रम को रोकने के लिए और प्रभावी प्रयासों की जरूरत है। बैठक में डीआईजी श्री सेंथिल अबुदई कृष्णराज एस ने प्रस्तावित वन स्टॉप सॉल्यूशन एप का प्रस्तुतीकरण दिया। वन स्टॉप सॉल्यूशन ऐप के माध्यम से राज्य में संगठित एवं असंगठित क्षेत्र में कार्यरत महिलाएं नियुक्ति के समय अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन करा सकेंगी। कामकाजी महिलाओं के साथ ही औद्योगिक संस्थानों, कारखानों एवं नियोक्ताओं को भी अपने महिला कार्मिकों एवं श्रमिकों का रजिस्ट्रेशन वन स्टॉप सॉल्यूशन एप में करवाने हेतु प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा। इस अवसर पर अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी, डीजीपी अशोक कुमार, एडीजी (लॉ एंड ऑर्डर) वी. मुरूगेशन, सचिव आर. मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, दीपेन्द्र चैधरी, एच. सी. सेमवाल, आईजी विमला गुंज्याल, डीआईजी सेंथिल अबुदई कृष्णराज एस., अपर सचिव आनन्द श्रीवास्तव, दीप्ति सिंह, अतर सिंह, श्री जे.सी काण्डपाल एवं संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
