देहरादून (संवाददाता)। मिड डे मील के अंतर्गत अतिरिक्त पोषण के लिए 5.62 करोड़ की राशि महकमे को जारी कर दी। जिससे उत्तराखंड राज्य के सात लाख से ज्यादा स्कूली बच्चों को मिड डे मील में अतिरिक्त पोषण पर मंडराया संकट दूर हो गया है। उन्हें अतिरिक्त पोषण के रूप में अंडा, केला और गुड़ पापड़ी अब दोबारा मिल सकेगी। वित्त विभाग ने अतिरिक्त पोषण के धन की विसंगति को दूर कर दिया है। इसके बाद सरकार ने बुधवार को अतिरिक्त पोषण के लिए पांच करोड़ 62 लाख 99 हजार रुपये की धनराशि जारी कर दी। दरअसल, वित्तीय अड़ंगा लगने से अतिरिक्त पोषण के लिए बीत आठ महीने से धनराशि जारी नहीं की जा सकी है। इससे सरकारी विद्यालयों में प्राथमिक से उच्च प्राथमिक कक्षा स्तर पर छात्र-छात्राओं को दिया जाने वाला अतिरिक्त पोषण रुक गया था। अहम बात ये है कि शासन से धन नहीं मिलने से परेशानहाल शिक्षकों ने जब यह मुद्दा उठाया, शिक्षा महकमे को उसके बाद होश आई। शिक्षकों की शिकायत के बाद महकमे ने वित्त महकमे से उक्त धनराशि देने की गुहार लगाई थी। राज्य के 17324 सरकारी और सहायताप्राप्त विद्यालयों के कक्षा एक से आठवीं के सात लाख पंद्रह हजार छात्र-छात्राओं को मिड डे मील दिया जा रहा है। सरकार ने उक्त बच्चों को मिड डे मील में अतिरिक्त पोषण के लिए अपने स्तर से अंडा, केला और गुड़ पापड़ी देने को बंदोबस्त भी किया है। इसके लिए सालाना करीब 12 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए जा रहे हैं। लेकिन, चालू वित्तीय वर्ष 2018-19 में लाखों स्कूली बच्चों को अतिरिक्त पोषण देने में बाधा खड़ी हो गई थी। बीते वित्तीय वर्ष में मिड डे मील की शेष 3.50 करोड़ की धनराशि को वित्त महकमे के निर्देश पर सरकारी खजाने में जमा कराया गया था। इस वजह से इस वर्ष अतिरिक्त पोषण के लिए विभाग वैकल्पिक बंदोबस्त करने से भी लाचार हो गया था। सरकारी खजाने में जमा हो चुकी राशि महकमे को दोबारा दिए जाने के लिए वित्त सचिव अमित नेगी से गुहार लगाई गई। वित्त से हरी झंडी मिलने के बाद शिक्षा सचिव डॉ भूपिंदर कौर औलख ने मिड डे मील के अंतर्गत अतिरिक्त पोषण के लिए 5.62 करोड़ की राशि महकमे को जारी कर दी।
