बिहार। शैक्षिक सत्र 2021-22 में बिहार के प्रारंभिक स्कूलों में पढ़ने वाले 1 करोड़ 29 लाख 6682 छात्र-छात्राओं को एस सप्ताह में किताब खरीदने के पैसे मिलने लगेंगे। शिक्षा विभाग इसको लेकर 402 करोड़ 71 लाख 15 हजार 200 रुपए खर्च करेगा। किताब क्रय की राशि मौजूदा सत्र में दूसरी से 8वीं कक्षा तक में पढ़ने वाले विद्यार्थियों के खाते में दी जाएगी। ये वैसे छात्र हैं जो पिछले सत्र में पहली से सातवीं कक्षा तक में अध्ययनरत थे। मौजूदा सत्र के पहली क्लास में पढ़ने वाले विद्यार्थियों को किताब का पैसा बाद में मिलेगा। गौरतलब हो कि सोमवार से पहली से आठवीं तक के स्कूल सवा चार माह बाद खुले तो बच्चे बिना किताब के स्कूल पहुंचे। इसको लेकर शिक्षा मंत्री विजय कुमार चौधरी ने स्थिति की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को तत्काल कार्रवाई करने को कहा। उसके बाद पैसा बच्चों के खाते में भेजने की प्रक्रिया में तेजी आयी। शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि बच्चों के पास किताबें होनी ही चाहिए। इसकी तैयारी चल रही है। एक सप्ताह में पैसे बच्चों को खाते में चले जायेंगे। शिक्षा मंत्री ने राज्य पाठ्य पुस्तक निगम के प्रबंध निदेशक मनोज कुमार को निर्देश दिया कि सभी जिलों में किताबों की उपलब्धता (स्टॉक) की समीक्षा करें। प्रकाशकों के साथ बैठक कर राशि बच्चों के खाते में जाने पर किताब क्रय की सुविधा सुनिश्चित करें।
