Jesus taught us to give not to take
Jesus was the saint of saints
he was moral and ethical in all sense
he needed no name no fame and no defence
his thoughts knew no boundaries
his will saw no narrow confinements
his holy desires were just like sun-rays
all beyond selfish interests and age
for all in the world of conflicts and rage.
Bethlehem and Jerusalem where he born and dwelled
not only are these places enchanted with his heavenly grace
but every bit of the earth where his followers live
ought to have purity of his divinity and race
he taught us to give not to take
his supreme sacrifice had a message we ought to embrace.
Where-ever he is followed in deeds
there-ever he lives believe me indeed
let us follow his ideals of togetherness and love
in order to realize his presence in a flying dove
peaceful co-existence was his conscious-endeavour
let’s make the earth better and healthier ever.
