देहरादून । कंसाई नेरोलैक पेंट्स लिमिटेड (केएनपीएल) ने अनुज जैन को कंसाई नेरोलैक पेंट्स लिमिटेड के प्रबंध निदेशक के पद पर पदोन्नत किया है। वह एच.एम. भरूका का स्थान लेंगे, जो कंपनी के वाइस चेयरमैन और प्रबंध निदेशक के रूप में पिछले 21 साल से कंपनी का नेतृत्व कर रहे थे।
कंसाई नेरोलैक पेंट्स में अपने 30 साल से ज्यादा समय के कार्यकाल के दौरान श्री अनुज जैन ने कई पदों पर काम किया और कारोबार के क्षेत्र में सर्वश्रेष्ठता के साथ कंपनी के विकास को नए मुकाम तक ले जाने में संगठित और असंगठित तौर पर प्रमुख भूमिका निभाई। जैन ने 1990 में कंसाई नेरोलैक पेंट्स लिमिटेड में मैनेजमेंट ट्रेनी के रूप में अपना सफर शुरू किया था। उत्तरी और दक्षिणी भारत के कई बाजारों में उन्होंने डेकोरेटिव सेल्स और मार्केटिंग के क्षेत्र में काम किया। उन्हें कंपनी में उल्लेखनीय योगदान देने और मार्केटिंग के क्षेत्र में अपनी विशेषज्ञता के लिए सम्मानित किया गया। अपनी असाधारण प्रतिभा के दम पर वह 2003 में डेकोरेटिव मार्केटिंग एंड सेल्स विभाग के वाइस प्रेसिडेंट बने। इसके बाद 2010 में उन्हें कंसाई नेरोलैक पेंट्स में डेकोरेटिव विभाग के निदेशक के रूप में प्रमोट किया गया। 2018 से वह बिक्री और वितरण, निर्माण, तकनीकी और मानव संसाधन विभाग में कार्यकारी निदेशक के रूप में काम कर रहे हैं।
कंसाई नेरोलैक पेंट्स के प्रबंध निदेशक अरुण जैन ने अपनी नियुक्ति पर अपनी बात रखते हुए कहा, “मैं बोर्ड और कंसाई पेंट्स, जापान का हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त करता हूं, जिन्होंने मुझे यह महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी सौंपी है। कंपनी के कार्यकारी निदेशक के रूप में अपने कार्यकाल में मुझे उनसे काफी सहयोग और मदद मिली है। मैं नेरोलैक परिवार के सहयोग से कंपनी की स्थिति को और मजबूत करना चाहता हूं। इसके साथ ही मेरी कोशिश कंपनी के विकास को नई बुलंदियों पर पहुंचाने की होगी। नेरोलेक को “पेंट$” ब्रैंड के रूप में स्थापित करने की हमारी योजना को आगे बढ़ाने और अपने कारोबार को विकसित करने के लिए हमारा पूरा ध्यान नए-नए प्रॉडक्ट्स को लॉन्च करने पर है। अपनी मूल कंपनी कंसाई पेंट्स के सहयोग और भारत में विकसित किए गए तकनीकी कौशल के दम पर हम अपने उपभोक्ताओं को सर्वश्रेष्ठ और स्थायी सोल्यूशन प्रदान करना जारी रखेंगे।”
