रांची (नेशनल वार्ता ब्यूरो)। झारखंड सरकार राज्य के स्थापना दिवस पर लोगों को बड़ी सौगात देने जा रही है। सरकार इस दिन नागरिक सेवा मिशन अभियान शुरू करेगी। यह 15 नवंबर से सरकार के गठन के दिन 29 दिसंबर तक चलेगा। इसके तहत 11 क्षेत्र की 46 सेवाओं व योजनाओं में आम आदमी से जुड़े आवेदनों को निपटाया जाएगा। यानी इन योजनाओं से जुड़ी आवेदनों की प्रतीक्षा सूची समाप्त की जाएगी। खुद मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन स्थापना दिवस पर इसका आगाज करेंगे।
जानकारी के अनुसार मुख्यमंत्री ने आवेदनों की प्रतीक्षा सूची समाप्त कर योग्य आवेदकों को लाभ पहुंचाने का लक्ष्य विभागों को दिया है। वहीं मुख्य सचिव ने इसकी निगरानी के लिए वेब पोर्टल बनाने का निर्देशत दिया है। मुख्य सचिव हर हफ्ते इसकी समीक्षा करेंगे।
पंचायतों तक पहुंचेगी सरकार
अभियान के तहत हर दिन पांच पंचायतों में कैंप लगेगा। प्रमंडल स्तर पर मेगा कैंप लगेगा जहां मुख्यमंत्री विभागों की योजना शुरू करेंगे । बता दें कि हेमंत सरकार 29 दिसंबर को अपने दो साल पूरे करने जा रही है। इससे पहले १५ नवंबर को राज्य स्थापना दिवस पर प्रोजेक्ट भवन में कार्यक्रम होगा।
● सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली : ग्रीन कार्ड का वितरण, राशन कार्ड के लिए आवेदन, त्रुटियों में सुधार व सोना सोबरन योजना का क्रियान्वयन।
● पेंशन योजना : वृद्धावस्था, विधवा, दिव्यांग पेंशन तथा आदिम जनजाति के अलावा कोविड में अनाथ बच्चों को प्रति माह २००० देने की योजना को रफ्तार।
● आवास योजना : इसके तहत सभी आवास योजनाओं , घरों के लिए नया निबंधन, जमीन पट्टा का निबंधन, नए घरों की मंजूरी और जमीन पट्टा का निष्पादन को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
● पेयजल योजना : पानी उपयोगकर्ता समूह, पानी पंचायत, खराबसंसाधनों की मरम्मत पर जोर।
● आजीविका : मनरेगा में नया जॉब कार्ड और नए काम का पंजीकरण, लंबित भुगतान का वितरण, मुख्यमंत्री रोजगार सृजन ,श्रमिकों का निबंधन, असंगठित कर्मकार सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजना को गति दी जाएगी।
● प्रमाण पत्र : जन्म प्रमाण पत्र, दिव्यांगता प्रमाण पत्र, आय प्रमाण पत्र, डोमिसाइल, जाति प्रमाण पत्र जैसी सेवायें सुलभ की जाएंगी।
● स्वास्थ्य : साप्ताहिक स्वास्थ्य और पोषण शिविर, स्वास्थ्य जांच, एनीमिया जांच, कुपोषण जांच पर फोकस
● कृषि : ऋण माफी योजना, केसीसी, मुख्यमंत्री पशुधन योजना पर केंद्रित अभियान चलेगा।
● वनाधिकार : व्यक्तिगत वन अधिकार के अंतर्गत सभी लंबित आवेदन स्वीकृत और वितरण का लक्ष्य रखा गया है।
इसके अलावा फूलो झानो आशीर्वाद अभियान, बिरसा हरित ग्राम योजना, नीलांबर-पितांबर जल समृद्धि योजना, पोटो हो खेल विकास योजना, दीदी बाड़ी योजना के भी तीव्र गति से क्रियान्यवयन पर जोर रहेगा।
