नईदिल्ली । इसरो अब चंद्रयान-3 मिशन की तैयारियों में जुट गया है। इसरो ने इसके लिए केंद्र के सामने 75 करोड़ रुपये का बजट भी रखा है। यह राशि इसरो के वर्तमान बजट से अलग है जिससे इसरो अपने तीसरे महत्वकांक्षी मून मिशन को अंजाम देगा। वित्त मंत्रालय से इसे लेकर पुष्टि की गई है कि इसरो की ओर से चंद्रयान-3 के लिए बजट मांगा गया है। मौजूदा वित्तीय वर्ष के सप्लिमेंटरी बजट के प्रावधानों के तहत यह बजट मांगा गया है। इसमें 60 करोड़ रुपये मशीनरी, उपकरण और दूसरे खर्चों के लिए और बाकी 15 करोड़ रेवेन्यू खर्च के अंतर्गत मांगे गए हैं। सूत्रों ने बताया है कि इसरो को आश्वासन दिया गया है कि उसे पैसे दिए जाएंगे लेकिन प्रक्रिया अभी पूरी नहीं हुई है।
इसरो ने 2019-2020 के दौरान कुल 666 करोड़ रुपये का बजट मांगा है जिसमें से 11त्न से ज्यादा सिर्फ चंद्रयान-3 के लिए मांगा गया है। 666 करोड़ में से 8.6 करोड़ रुपये 2022 के प्रस्तावित ह्यूमन स्पेसफ्लाइट प्रोग्राम, 12 करोड़ स्मॉल सैटलाइट लॉन्च वीइकल और 120 करोड़ लॉन्चपैड के डिवेलपमेंट के लिए मांगे गए हैं। सबसे ज्यादा डिमांड यूआर राव सैटलाइट सेंटर और सतीश धवन स्पेस सेंटर के लिए की गई है। दोनों के लिए 516 करोड़ रुपये मांगे गए है।
बता दें कि इससे पहले इसरो चंद्रयान और चंद्रयान-2 मिशन पर काम कर चुका है। चंद्रयान में जहां सिर्फ एक ऑर्बिटर चांद तक भेजा गया था, वहीं चंद्रयान-2 में ऑर्बिटर के साथ लैंडर और रोवर भी भेजे गए थे। इसरो का मिशन लैंडर को चांद की सतह पर लैंड कराना था लेकिन क्रैश लैंडिंग के कारण उस मिशन का यह हिस्सा सफल नहीं हो सका था। हालांकि, ऑर्बिटर चांद की कक्षा में चक्कर काट रहा है और अपना काम सही से कर रहा है।
