ऋषिकेश। लगातार बढ़ती ठंड के मद्देनजर नगर पालिका परिषद मुनिकीरेती-ढालवाला अलाव की व्यवस्था करने में लगी है। इसके तहत पालिका क्षेत्र में विभिन्न जगहों पर प्रतिदिन अलाव जलाया जा रहा है।
सफाई निरीक्षक भूपेंद्र सिंह पंवार ने बताया कि नगर पालिकाध्यक्ष रोशन रतूड़ी और अधिशासी अधिकारी तनवीर मारवाह के निर्देशों के क्रम में क्षेत्रवासियों को कड़ाके की ठंड से बचाने के लिए नगर पालिका परिषद मुनिकीरेती की ओर से प्रतिदिन शाम को कुट्टी माता पार्किंग के समीप, रामझूला के समीप, कुंभ मेला पार्किंग, शीशम झाड़ी शिव मंदिर, आस्था पथ और चौदह बीघा पुल स्थित पुलिस चौकी के समीप अलाव की व्यवस्था की जा रही है। इस दौरान पालिका क्षेत्र में विभिन्न जगहों पर लोग अलाव सेंकते हुए नजर आए।
