नई दिल्ली। बीते दो साल से कोरोना की मार झेल रही भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था इस समय रिकवरी के मोड पर है। आर्थिक सेहत से जुड़े ताजा आंकड़े इकोनॉमी में रिकवरी की गवाही भी दे रहे हैं। मिनिस्ट्री ऑफ स्टैटिस्टिक एंड प्रोग्राम इम्प्लीमेंटेशन के तहत आने वाले राष्ट्रीय सांख्यिकी कार्यालय द्वारा बुधवार को जारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार देश की अर्थव्यवस्था में चालू वित्त वर्ष की पहली तिमाही (अप्रैल-जून) में 13.5 प्रतिशत की दर से वृद्धि हुई है। इससे पिछले वित्त वर्ष (2021-22) की अप्रैल-जून तिमाही में सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (GDP) की वृद्धि दर 20.1 प्रतिशत रही थी। कई विश्लेषकों ने तुलनात्मक आधार को देखते हुए देश की आर्थिक वृद्धि दर दहाई अंक में रहने का अनुमान जताया था। रेटिंग एजेंसी इक्रा ने GDP वृद्धि दर चालू वित्त वर्ष की पहली तिमाही में 13 प्रतिशत जबकि भारतीय स्टेट बैंक की एक रिपोर्ट में इसके 15.7 प्रतिशत रहने की संभावना जतायी गयी थी। सरकारी आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, कोर सेक्टर की रफ्तार घटी है। जुलाई में यह 4.5 फीसदी रही। पिछले साल इसी अवधि में यह 9.9 फीसदी थी। जुलाई तक चालू वित्त वर्ष के पहले चार महीनों में फिस्कल डेफिसिट 3.41 लाख करोड़ रुपये रहा है।भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने इस महीने मौद्रिक नीति समीक्षा में 2022-23 की पहली तिमाही में जीडीपी वृद्धि दर करीब 16.2 प्रतिशत रहने का अनुमान लगाया था। चीन की वृद्धि दर 2022 की अप्रैल-जून तिमाही में 0.4 प्रतिशत रही है। RBI ने इस महीने की शुरुआत में अपनी मौद्रिक नीति संबंधी बैठक में कहा था कि चालू वित्त वर्ष की पहली तिमाही में GDP ग्रोथ रेट करीब 16.2% रहने की संभावना है। RBI ने FY23 के लिए रियल GDP ग्रोथ का अनुमान 7.2% पर बरकरार रखा।GDP देश के भीतर एक निश्चित समय के भीतर उत्पादित हुए सभी वस्तुओं और सेवाओं का मूल्य होता है। यह वास्तव में किसी भी देश की अर्थव्यवस्था का इंडीकेटर होता है। इसमें देश की सीमा के अंदर रहकर जो विदेशी कंपनियां प्रोडक्शन करती हैं, उन्हें भी शामिल किया जाता है।
